Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps September Krafty Peeks... Day ONE! Candy Cane Kisses!

Today's featured set is a Krafty Komeback set

CANDY CANE KISSES!

Lexi, Lulu and Lucas are back and they make the cutest wintery trio! These images were originally released in rubber, and we're so excited to bring it back in clear for you!!

This set is seriously so cute!! I decided on the sweet little Lulu looking in the mailbox and finding a very adorable surprise! I coloured these images with Copics and used the beautiful New INCREDIBLE INDIGO Ink to sponge a snowy sky background. 

The New DIAGON-ILLY Stencil was just perfect to add a candy cane border for my card with Ruby Red Ink.  I used the beautiful New SEPTEMBER ADD ON BUNDLE paper pack and Stickles to embellish my card and grabbed a few sequins from my stash for even more bling!

Inside, I stencilled some yummy candy treats from our other New Stencil - CHRISTMAS CANDY, again with the Ruby Red Ink and used that gorgeous blue INCREDIBLE INDIGO Ink to stamp another punny sentiment!

Kraftin’ Kimmie Stamps September Skrappy Challenge!

Good morning krafty friends!

It's September and that means it's time for a brand new
SKRAPPY CHALLENGE

with Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

 The theme of course is ANYTHING BUT A CARD!

Today I'm sharing a sweet Autumn gift box, perfect for wrapping up a little gift for someone special! I used the We R Memory Keepers Explosion Board to create the XS gift box and lid with some pretty fall papers. Then, I diecut a square and added some lovely fall leaves using the New Falling Leaves Stencil along with Krafty Kolour Inks, including the New Cool Cantaloupe!

I stamped a leaf from the fabulous New Fall Breeze Stamp onto a teal paper from the P13 Paper Pad included in the amazing August Add-On Bundle! 

I coloured up this sweet squirrel and her pumpkin from the New Squirrel Friends Stamp Set with Copics and used a sentiment from the set on a kraft tag covered with Opal Polish for a shimmery golden effect. I finished off the box by tying some hemp twine around the box and adding this amazing Prima leaf charm, also included in the August Add-On Bundle!

For this challenge you can make anything that strikes your fancy....except a card!

So design a new scrapbook page, bookmark, tag, altered item, planner page, art journal, ATC cards...whatever you like!

Just make sure to include some Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps products and make sure it's a new creation!  As soon as we have at least five people playing along, we'll be giving away a $10 gift voucher to the krafty shop as the monthly prize!  

You have until Monday, October 4th to enter, and you can submit as many new creations as you like for more chances to WIN!  Also be sure to share your designs on the Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps' Krafty Friends facebook page because we love to see your stuff!

I stamped her up with Totally Taupe Ink on watercolour paper and coloured her in with Zig Clean Colour Real Brush Markers. I love the P13 Stitched With Love paper pack and used it for the card background and for her sweet little toque! 

I pulled out my sewing machine and used some stitched dies to add even more stitching effects. I stamped the sweet sentiment in Purple Pansy Ink and added on some diecut ephemera pieces from my stash. A few Krafty Dots finished things off!

Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Saturday Challenge #595 - Use A Stencil!

Good morning and welcome to another

fabulous and fun Saturday Challenge

at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps !

Are you ready for another fun and krafty challenge to inspire you and help get your creative juices flowing?

We've got some fabulous ideas for you 

and can't wait to see what you create!

This week, Krafty Girl Keri P. is your hostess and her challenge theme for you is: 

USE A STENCIL!

I absolutely love using stencils and there are so many things you can do with them!! I decided to pull out some Krafty Kolours Inks in the New Cool Cantaloupe, Summer Sunshine, Ocean Opulence, Marvelous Mocha, Fresh Fields and Berry Bliss. I love how these colours match with the beautiful P13 Paper Pack in the August Add-On Bundle!! I created a pretty background scene for these adorable squirrels from the new Squirrel Friends Stamp Set we just released, coloured up with coloured pencils. How cute are the fun accessories included in this set?!!

I used the Marvelous Mocha and the Burlap Stencil with the masking stencil from the Semi Circles Stencil first. I then used the outside of the Semi Circles stencil and the Chubby Clouds Stencil with Ocean Opulence Ink to create a little sky scene area for these cuties. 

I then used the fabulous New Falling Leaves Stencil to create a beautiful base by stenciling four times, each time moving the stencil around to fill in all the areas, and each time using a different ink - Cool Cantaloupe, Summer Sunshine, Fresh Fields and Berry Bliss! I love how various leaves overlap and how it looks like custom patterned paper!!

I layered my background over one of the papers from the P13 Paper Pack in the August Add-On Bundle and dabbed the Opal Polish Blaze, from the Add-On Bundle as well, on the little accessories. Seriously, this bundle is a complete fall kit - just add stamps!! I white heat embossed one of the included sentiments on black cardstock - and there are a lot of sentiments to choose from! Each and every Saturday we post a brand new challenge for the week and you are welcome to enter as many times as you like.
