Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps November Sneak Peeks Day 3 - Planner Doodles Plus a Challenge!

 Today is our final day of Krafty Peeks for the November Release at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps! Today we are absolutely thrilled to be introducing PLANNER DOODLES!

This stamp set has been designed specifically for your planners, calendars, datebooks, journals, pocket pages and lots more!  And who doesn't want to be a bit more organized in 2021??!

I love getting organized each month and making my calendar look pretty at the same time, so this set is perfect in combination with Kraftin' Kimmie Inks, including the awesome New SOFT SAGE! 

I love all the planner sentiments as well as all the awesome images that can be used in many different ways! The stars, arrows, dots and more are great to decorate your pages and even cards and tags. This is a family calendar that hangs in our kitchen, and my kiddos always love it when I get the calendar all decorated! Plus seeing at a glance daily things we need to do or reminders is awesome!

I used the New STUDY BUDDY Stencil with Precious Pink Ink and stamped the super cute images from the New SAVE MY PLACE Stamp Set. I actually stamped on sticker paper and coloured with my copics to avoid the marker from bleeding through. 

I swear, even garbage day is fun now!! I love the speech bubble, ovals and squares that are perfect to jot in little reminders!

I used the New SPLISH SPLASH Stencil with our New SOFT SAGE Ink to add fun painty splats and then used some stickers from my stash, including some of my favs from The Aesthetics Studio on Instagram. I'm so happy with how my calendar looks this month and I can't wait to start on December!!

Kraftin' Kimmie Skrappy Challenge - Decorating the Mom Calendar!

Hello! Can you believe it's February already?!! I am so excited to share my February Mom's planner calendar with you today for the February Skrappy Challenge! This is a month long challenge over on the Kraftin' Kimmie Blog where we challenge YOU to make Anything BUT a Card!!! Today, I'm sharing a look at my Mom's Planner Calendar for the month. This is a large wall calendar that we hang in our kitchen to keep track of everyone's activities. I wanted to 'give it some love' and since this month is Valentines I added some cute stamps from January's release. Of course I also added some stencils, Krafty Kolours Inks and various other stamps to document things happening throughout the month. Take a look and see how many awesome stamps and stencils you can spot - and then check below to see if you were right!

May 2016 Calendar Planning!

Ok, how did it get to be May?? Last month flew by so quickly that I'm sad to say I didn't even get my calendar filled in, much to my 9 year old's dismay! She was very excited to see that I'd gotten our family calendar filled in for this month.

I got these cute Leapin' Lizards stamps recently from Pretty Cute Stamps - and wanted to try them out on the top and bottom of the calendar. I love the little stars and cute sayings that are included with the set!

As well as all the fun Pretty Cute Stamps planner stamps I used on my page, I found some neat planner stamps at Michaels - banners, thumb tacks and flags that were fun to use.

February Calendar With Pretty Cute Stamps!

Hi friends! I hope everyone enjoyed a wonderful weekend! The sun has been out, the snow is melting, and even though it's still a little chilly, it does feel like spring is coming soon! Today, I wanted to share our family's monthly calendar with you and the way I use the awesome stamps from Pretty Cute Stamps to plan the month.

I picked this planner up at Costco in the fall and really love the large spaces it has for keeping track of our family activities. At the beginning of each month I sit down and fill out everything I know that is scheduled, and then as things pop up I put them on throughout the month. My go to stamps each month are the School Planner and Everyday Planner stamp sets. Then I choose from the other sets I have depending on what is going on. You can see some stamps from the Happy Crafting set on the 3rd and 12th, and stamps from the Be Mine set on the 13th and 14th.

This month I've added a Happy Birthday for my hubby's birthday from the Little Llama set on the 24th. The coffee cup on the 23rd is from the Coffee Faces set (with a heart from Little Llama). On the 8th and 24th I used stamps from the Great Chemistry set as well.

I like to decorate the top of the calendar, and this month I used the Eskimo Kisses set. Love this cute girl and igloo! After stamping I coloured in the girl with coloured pencils, and I stamped the igloo with a Kaleidoscope ink pad, adding shading with my pencils. I love using these variegated ink pads for my planner and calendar stamping - I can choose a particular colour within a pad or stamp the colours together to get a different look.

Pretty Cute Stamps September New Release Blog Hop!

Thanks so much for joining us for the September 2015 New Release Blog Hop, where we are all sharing projects featuring the new stamps this month that are now available in the Pretty Cute Stamps Store!!

For my project for the hop, I'm featuring the awesome School Planner stamp set, which I used in creating a September calendar layout on my family calendar.

School Planner

I stamped some of the images with Colorbox Pigment Inks and some in black and I coloured them with coloured pencils as well as Distress and Tombow Markers. I found that as long as I didn't saturate the paper with the marker and coloured lightly it didn't bleed through to the other side. 

I used the School Planner stamp set on each of these dates- 1, 3, 4, 7, 9, 10, 11, 14-19, 21-25, 29 and 30th. 

I used a combination of ballpoint pens in coloured inks and the small nibs on the markers to write on the calendar. 

I found the Everyday Planner set perfect to use on my calendar as well! I used it on these dates - 1, 6, 8, 10, 11, 13, 14, 20, 25, 26, 27, 29 and 30th. 

I totally adore all the little mini icons that coordinate with the words! So cute!

I added the Bushels Of Fun Apple basket to the top of my calendar and lightly water coloured it with Distress Markers. Because it was the first page it was a heavier cardstock and it didn't soak through. I found the quote online and wrote it out with a black Smash Book pen.

I really had a lot of fun decorating this month's calendar for our family! I love this School Planner set and have lots more in mind that I'll be using this set for!
