I'm using the cute new Air Mail stamp set, and how adorable is the sweet monkey peeking out of the Rocket?!! I stamped the images on Bristol Smooth Cardstock and watercolored them with Zebra Pen Mildliners.

I created a fun galaxy background with the new Out Of This World stencil, using various sprays and pastes and then sponged over everything with Wicked Black Krafty Kolours ink to highlight the raised areas. 

I added a Doodlebug Design sticker at the top of the card and stamped one of the coordinating sentiment stamps at the bottom, finishing with some Stickles and sequins.

We are so excited to recap everything and celebrate with you today in our KRAFTY HOP!

KKS August Saturday Challenge!

 Good morning and welcome to the

August Monthly Challenge 
Mid Month Inspiration!

Every month we post a brand new challenge with a choice of themes to choose from, and a mid month inspiration post with even more creative ideas! 

This month our challenge themes for you are:

Drinks/Fruits/Veggies and/or Farm

You can choose one theme or combine them!
Enter as many times as you like all month long!
It's a Choose Your Own Krafty Adventure!

I decided to go with the Fruit theme and chose to make a stencilled background with the Perfect Pies Layering Stencil and Krafty Kolour Inks! I love this stencil and the multi coloured pies and fruit you can get with it!

I stamped the cherries from the Fruity Fun stamp set onto Bristol Smooth Vellum paper and coloured them with Zebra Clickart Markers. I then stamped the sentiment with Berry Bliss Ink and added the cherries with some foam tape for dimension!

The monthly challenges are a great way to inspire you and help get your creative mojo going!  We've got some fabulous prompts for you and can't wait to see what YOU create!

KKS Day 3- Sweet & Spooky!

 Good morning and welcome to

 Day THREE
of our August Krafty Peeks!

If you've been with Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps any amount of time, you know that August is always our Fall/Halloween Release so that you have lots of time to order, receive and create your new goodies for the season!

So today we have an adorable new Halloween stamp set for you by artist Sabrina van Vloten called

SWEET & SPOOKY!

AND check out this scrumptious new coordinating stencil!

It's called HERE FOR THE CANDY!!!

It's a set of TWO layering stencils to create this colourful and delicious background!  Yummy!

I created a cute Halloween card using the new Here For The Candy stencil and the following KKS Krafty Kolour Inks: 

Festive Fuchsia, Flirty Flamingo, Pumpkin Patch, Mellow Mustard, Summer Sunshine, Goblin Green, Charming Chartreuse, Tranquil Teal and Alluring Amethyst!

I stamped the Sweet & Spooky ghosts and coloured them with Zebra Pen Mildliners!

I used Pumpkin Patch Ink on the card front for the cute sentiment, stamping on a cut apart Echo Park journaling card. To finish off the card I added The Robin's Nest Creative Dew Drops, Stickles and Glossy Accents!

KKS August Release Day 1- S’more Fun!

Who's ready for some brand NEW Krafty Goodies?

It's time to bring you NEW stamp sets and layering stencils
from Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

In case you haven't heard, we have moved the releases to every other month but the same number of wonderful products!

So we will be sharing FOUR new stamp sets (including an Autumn Krafty Komeback) and TWO new sets of stencils over the course of this week! 

Today we are SO excited to kick things off with a sweet and toasty stamp set from artist Neda Sadreddin called 
S'MORE FUN!!  

I love this adorable set!! It has so many cute images perfect for camping, summer, hiking and these cute kids could even work for back to school! I watercoloured the images up with Zebra Mildliners and fussy cut them out to create a cute camping scene! 

I had a background of blue watercolours with some sparkles from a previous crafty session. I used that as my base and then added some stenciling with Lucky Limeade and Tranquil Teal Krafty Kolours and the new OUT OF THIS WORLD stencil for a subtle galaxy sky background! 

I layered my background scene on a postage diecut panel and some patterned Doodlebug Design paper and finished things off with some Robin’s Nest Creative Dew Drops, Stickles and Glossy Accents!

As you head out on today's Krafty Hop you'll get to enjoy lots of amazing creations from our Krafty Team featuring S'MORE FUN and our totally unique new OUT OF THIS WORLD stencil in combination with some of our other incredible products such as our Krafty Kolours Hybrid Inks!

KKS July Mid Challenge Inspiration - Stamp & Stencil Combo!

Good morning and welcome to our

Mid Month Inspiration post for this month's challenge

at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

We are back today with an inspirational post showcasing more ideas to inspire you and help get your creative juices flowing for this month's challenge!

This month our Saturday Challenge themes for you are:
Ocean/Beach and/or Wild Card!

You can choose one or both...whatever inspires YOU!

I'm using the Wild Card prompt to create a card with one of my fav stamp and stencil combos - Fairies and Furries stamp set & Swirling Stars stencil! 

I used the Swirling Stars stencil with Texture Paste on watercolour paper and then added Lindy's Stamp Gang Magicals powders to create a beautiful bright background!

I coloured the adorable fairy from the Fairies and Furries stamp set with alcohol markers and added some white gel pen highlights. I popped up the image and the coordinating sentiment and finished it off with a few sequins!

We can't wait to see what you create!

I'm sharing the new I Scream, You Scream layering stencil for my card today! There are so many options for delicious ice cream treats, so I decided to add lots of colours for lots of flavours! 

I added a sentiment strip using the new Sum-Sum-Summertime stamp set and a diecut 'hi' which was cut from blue cardstock. I added some blue ink to create an ombre colour and some white gel pen for highlights!

KKS July Skrappy Challenge!

Good morning, my Krafty Friends!

It's JULY and that means it's time for a new
Skrappy Challenge
at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps! 

The theme of course is ANYTHING BUT A CARD!

For this challenge you can make anything that strikes your fancy....except a card!  So design a new scrapbook page, bookmark, tag, altered item, planner page, art journal, ATC cards...whatever you like! 

Just make sure to include some Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps products and make sure it's a new creation!  

 I'm sharing a travelers notebook I put together for the last Virtual Krafty Retreat! If you participated, we put this together live, and now I have a pretty journal to add photos and memories to for the summer! 

Travelers Notebooks are great to create smaller scale pages and add in photos or ephemera from your travels or an event. They are fun to try out different techniques and play with all your stamps, inks and stencils!
