I just love all the cute costumes included in the Happy Howlaween stamp set! It's one I've had for a while and am so glad I got to play with it finally.

I used a Your Next Stamp die for the white stitched border layered over the pretty Fall Fling Lawn Fawn Paper as my background.

Inside a fun greeting!

13 Days Of Halloween - Day 11 - Lawn Fawn Caramel Apple Shaker Tag!

Howdy! Wow, Day 11 already! My girls are getting really excited about Halloween, and it's only 9 days away now. For today's project I'm sharing two fun shaker tags - perfect for adding to a loot bag full of candy! These are definitely not on the spooky end of Halloween, and could definitely be used for fall and even Thanksgiving. If I ever got around to making caramel apples, these would be awesome... but that's not going to happen this year!

I used two layers of fun foam to create the shaker walls and added some pretty Studio Katia Sequins. I thought the cute Mama Elephant mini message was perfect!

I matched the Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers to the fall colours in the Fall Fling Lawn Fawn Paper Pad. I like the fun, bright feel!

I added some yummy treats to dollarstore paper bags with a doily folded over. On the back is a sweet message from the Caramel Apple set stamped with Tim Holtz Archival Mini Inks.

Here's a look at the video where you can see how this project comes together! If you've missed any of the 13 Days Of Halloween be sure to check out the full playlist HERE.

Have a Holly Jelly Narly Christmas!

Hello! I hope you all had a fantastic weekend! We went to a Christmas Market here, which may seem a little early, but if you're a crafter you've probably been making Christmas cards for a while now 😉🎅🎄 - and speaking of Christmas cards I'm sharing two over on the Scrap Shotz Blog today! I pulled out my old and new Lawn Fawn Stamps along with some fun Lawn Fawn Paper, Distress Oxide Sprays (love!) and a cool stencil from Southern Ridge Trading Company and had fun creating.

Inside, I stamped a sentiment from the Winter Narwhal set - gotta love the puns...!

I love how the new and old stamp sets coordinate so well together! I really love feeling like I'm not forgetting my older sets.

I switched up the sentiment inside the second card with a greeting from Christmas Fishes... too cute!

Thanks so much for stopping by today! Have you started your Christmas cards yet? Be sure to head over to the Scrap Shotz store to see what's new and fun - and don't forget to check out all the closeups and lots of details on the Scrap Shotz Blog! Have a wonderful week friends 💜

13 Days Of Halloween - Day 9 - Vintage Vignette Boxes!

Hello! Well, I'm back today with Day 9 of the 13 Days Of Halloween Series on YouTube! As we creep closer to the big day I'm sharing some home decor ideas using the Tim Holtz Vignette Boxes and Toppers in combination with the Simple Stories Simply Vintage Halloween collection. I love the way these products mix and match to give just the right vintage, spooky feel!

I've been wanting to use these cute box toppers for a while, and I'm so glad I did! It's so easy to put your own spin on decorating these - adding as much or as little extras as you like.

I even grabbed a little Tim Holtz wood slice for my pumpkin to sit on. I found that hot glue made it easier to attach the wood as well as the box toppers to the boxes. I added a bit of stenciling to the paper in the background and even some sparkly Moonstone Tonic paste, which I am loving!!

Here's a look at the video where you can see just how these cute boxes come together. If you missed any of the previous days in the series you can find the full playlist HERE.

Thanks so much for stopping by! I hope you're having a great fall, and if you celebrate Halloween, I hope you're having as much fun with this series as I am!!

13 Days Of Halloween - Day 7 - Foiled Cricut Tags!

Hello! Well, I must admit it doesn't feel much like Halloween anymore - we just got another snowstorm and it feels more like Christmas! Hopefully it will be much nicer when October 31st comes around though. We always have to take into account whether the girls will have to wear winter gear under their costumes, and I think this year's outfits will be perfect for that! (scroll down to see what they'll be wearing) Today, for the 13 Days Of Halloween Series on YouTube I made some fun Halloween Tags with my Cricut Maker and used the We R Memory Keepers Foil Quill to add a foiled sentiment to the back.

I used both gold foil and the Foil Quill along with a silver Cricut gel pen to add my sentiment to the back side of the tags. I chose to colour in one with gel pen and leave the other as an outline.

Distress Oxide Inks add some shading and highlights to the cardstock edges. The Tim Holtz Chit Chat Occasions stickers add spooky wishes to the front.

I decorated the front of the tags with Studio Katia and Buttons Galore and More sequins and gems for a bit of bling, and then added a coordinating piece of baker's twine.

I even spritzed the pumpkin and owl with sparkly Dylusions Mica Sprays for some extra Halloween shine!

Here's a look at the video where you can check out exactly how I made these cute tags!

I let my girls do the decorating this year and this is how our mantel looks. I think they did a great job! How many projects can you spot from previous years?!!

And here's a look at the costumes they chose this year. I'm not sure if we were hungry when we went shopping or what, lol... These will work at a Halloween Party inside or over winter jackets outdoors, so that's a win-win!

Thanks so much for stopping by! You can find these Foiled Halloween Tags in Cricut Design Space if you'd like to make them yourself. Be sure to check out Day 7 of the 13 Days Of Halloween, and have a wonderful week!
