Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps March Mid-Month Saturday Challenge #666 - Spring, Circles and/or Yellow/Green!

Good morning and welcome to our  

Monthly Saturday Challenge Mid Inspiration Post

at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

We are back today with an inspirational post showcasing more ideas to inspire you and help get your creative juices flowing!

We can't wait to see what you create!

This month the challenge themes for you are: 

SPRING, CIRCLES and/or YELLOW/GREEN

You can choose any or all - whatever inspires you!

I chose the adorable Buns and Peeps stamp set and the beautiful Krafty Kaleidoscope Stencil (on sale this weekend!!) to work with and create a Circle Shaped Card! This stencil always makes me think of lovely lacey doilies! I already had a background I'd created with Distress Spray Stain, using the negative impression of the stencil while it was wet with spray. I added Luscious Lemon Krafty Kolours Ink, which is our Ink Of the Month, on sale!! 

I coloured up the adorable images from this set - I'm totally thinking Spring right now - with Copics and added some cute stickers and then stamped a couple of the awesome sentiments from the set! So I guess that covers all the challenge prompts this month!! 

Every month we post a brand new challenge with three themes to choose from, and a mid month inspiration post with even more creative ideas! You are welcome to enter as many times as you like.

This month's challenge will remain open until April 7th!

These must be new creations and you are welcome to use any stamp, however, using Kraftin' Kimmie Stamp products will earn you double entries!

The monthly prize is a $25 voucher to the Krafty shop!!!

Kraftin’ Kimmie Stamps March Hop & Shop!

Woohoo!!! 

Today we are celebrating all the new fabulous goodies in our March Release that are NOW available in the

 Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Shop!

and we're excited to share it ALL with you in a fabulous krafty HOP!

Last month was my husband's birthday, so I made this card for him!! I cut a large sentiment with my Cricut for my card front and then added images from the BIRTHDAY BASH Stamp Set. I love how many accessory stamps are included with this set!! You can mix and match these with lots of other sets for a fun party theme. 

I coloured the images up with Copics, and since they are nice and small it is a very quick colouring project. Then, I popped them up in various places around the card. I added metallic blue cardstock behind the diecut opening for a shiny effect.

Inside, I stamped one of the amazing sentiments from BIRTHDAY BASH SENTIMENTS with Incredible Indigo Ink and then stamped the cake with Bubbly Blue Ink and used the NUMBER IT stencil to add his age!

By the way, he loved his card, (he keeps them all!) and since I'm making an effort to really use my Cricut, I also redid the vinyl on his mug - he really is Mr. Fix It! 

And made him a 'fun guy' t-shirt! I love making personalized and handmade gifts, and love using my supplies!!

 Today is our final day of Krafty Peeks for the March Release

We are so excited to share a fabulous sentiment set

This set is filled with so many wonderful sentiments to help you and your friends celebrate their special days!

I love how many awesome sentiments are included in the Birthday Bash Sentiments set!! You can easily combine them with any of this month's new stencils or stamp sets to mix and match your celebration projects!

I had a background created with Flirty Flamingo and Ruby Red Krafty Kolour Reinkers already, so I stenciled overtop with the Number It Stencil and Incredible Indigo Ink. I added some white gel pen highlights for a cool balloon effect! Seriously love this stencil! I then added some sparkly splatters with Dylusions Shimmer Mists, because that says PARTY to me!

I added some fun birthday ephemera elements and stamped one of the awesome sentiments from Birthday Bash Sentiments below another new set we peeked Moday - Birthday Lulu, who is coloured with Distress Watercolor Pencils.

Inside, I stamped another fabulous sentiment from the set in an ombre effect using Flirty Flamingo and Incredible Indigo Ink and added a couple more stickers... because hey, the inside should be pretty too!

Kraftin’ Kimmie Stamps March Krafty Peeks Day TWO! Birthday Bash!

Welcome back to Day TWO of our March Krafty Peeks!

Our sweet animal friends are back and ready to celebrate with all their amazing accessories!! Be sure to look up these cuties featured in other sets by Sabrina!

These animal friends are soooo cute!! The hardest thing to figure out was who to use! PS If you're part of our Krafty Klub I will be doing a Live video in the Krafty Klub Group tonight at 7 pm EST with more of these friends! I absolutely love layering stencils and I had fun using lots of different Krafty Kolours Inks to create a totally delicious background - Totally Taupe, Flirty Flamingo, Tempting Tangerine, Luscious Lemon (on sale this month), Ocean Opulence, and Sandy Shores!

This alone would make a fantastic card - just add a sentiment!

But, of course, I wanted to add these adorable characters to my card!! I coloured up the cute bear and mouse with Distress Watercolor Pencils and added on the yummy cake and cupcakes!

I stamped the Let's Celebrate sentiment - which of course could be for any celebration! Because I say any excuse to have cake is a good one! I added a balloon sticker, some sparkly dots and white gel pen and sparkly pen details!

Who's ready for lots of brand new Krafty goodies?!

It's time for our March Release Peeks to begin

Today we’re featuring a Krafty Komeback

Our sweet friend Lulu is back and this time she's full of birthday celebrations and surprises! 

For my card today I'm using the super cute Lulu with gifts!! I love that there are so many sets with Lulu, Lexi and Lucas by Cheryl Grant, and this birthday set is adorable! 

I stenciled a background that had leftover Dina Wakley Gloss Spray on it and used the fabulous Number It Stencil and Purple Petunia Krafty Kolours Ink. I love how the white gel pen adds fun balloon like effects! 

The image is coloured with Tim Holtz Distress Watercolor Pencils on watercolor paper. I added fun dots and birthday stickers and popped up one of the awesome sentiments!

Scrapbooking with 49 and Market Countryside! Plus a Video!

We are so excited to share our newest Stamp Of The Month -

Waddling By!

This adorable spring set features a sweet ducky ready for raindrops and two lovely sentiments! 

This little duck is soooo cute!! I of course had to colour her umbrella in rainbow colours with my copics... because rainbows and raindrops certainly go together!

I stamped this wonderful sentiment with Stormy Sky Krafty Kolours Ink and layered some patterned paper on a mixed media background that I created Live in the Krafty Friends Group last weekend using Geo 1 and Geo 2 Stencils, some crackle paste and Dina Wakley Gloss Sprays!
