KKS September Hop & Shop!

 Woohoo!!! 

Today we are celebrating all the new fabulous goodies in our September Release that are NOW available in the

 Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Shop!

and we're excited to share it ALL with you in a fabulous krafty HOP!

I'm using the awesome GNOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS today! This sweet sets has holiday sentiments, but lots of images and accessories that could be used all year long! I watercoloured the stamped images up with Zebra Clickart Markers, using Vicki Boutin Foundations paper. I added some white gel pen highlights and paper piecing on the gnome hat and tree!

I sprayed the MERRY MISTLETOE stencil with Tim Holtz Mica Stain and then pressed the stencil with leftover spray onto another piece of cardstock to create the negative impression that you see below on my cardbase. I used a piece of ephemera from the Vicki Boutin Evergreen and Holly collection and then added a sentiment stamped with Crisp Crimson Ink. I finished off the card with some dew drops from The Robin's Nest Creative.

KKS September Krafty Peeks... Day TWO! Gnome For The Holidays!

  Welcome back to Day TWO of our September Krafty Peeks!

Are you excited about what you've seen so far!?  Are you ready for more?

I hope your answer was yes because we've got more fabulous fun for you today!

The stamp set we are 'peeking' for you today is from 

artist Neda Sadreddin

 and it's called.....

GNOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS! 

These adorable gnomes are working so hard to get ready for Christmas! Of course their sweet accessories are perfect to mix and match with your other sets too!!

I chose two of the cute gnome images and watercoloured them with Zebra Clickart Markers. I used the candy cane accessory stamp and stamped the sweet, punny sentiment with Crisp Crimson Krafty Kolours Ink.

I chose a tree diecut from a Vicki Boutin ephemera pack and added The Robin's Nest Dew Drops over the ornaments! I cut out a Merry Christmas sentiment from the Vicki Boutin paper and added it to the top left of the card.

I added the snow layer of the Let It Snow layering stencil over various parts of the background and used Ranger Tim Holtz Grit Snowfall Paste to add sparkly fun! A bit of Tonic Nuvo Crystal Glaze finishes off the card!

KKS September Krafty Peeks... Day ONE! Snow Fairies!

  Who's ready for lots of brand new Krafty goodies?!

It's time for our September Release Peeks to begin 

at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

Today we have a beautiful winter fairy set

designed by Sabrina van Vloten,

 and it's called.....

SNOW FAIRIES!

These sweet fairies are perfect for the holidays and will be sure to give any of your winter projects a magical flair!! 

I coloured these magical fairies with Copic Markers, using the sweet flying boy and the girl holding the snowball! 

I decided this would be a snowy scene, so I used the 2 piece Let It Snow layering stencil with Precious Pink, Flirty Flamingo and Blue Bay Inks, adding some Beluga Solar Paste over the ink for a light shimmer. I love how you can use this stencil alone or together! It is so much fun for scene building or accents!

These two sweet mice are so adorable!! I watercoloured them with Zebra Clickart Markers and used the Semi Circles Stencil to create a snowglobe effect, layering on the Cool Crystals Stencil. I used Tranquil Teal and Blue Bay Krafty Kolours Inks outside and inside the semi circle masks for a soft snowy look.

I stamped the included sentiment with Ruby Red ink and then sponged Bashful Blush around the outside of the banner I used for a snowglobe base. I love that the mistletoe is separate on this set and it would be perfect for anniversary, wedding, valentines, etc!

I had so much fun with this month's release and decided to combine some of these fun sets! I coloured up some of the book images from LOST IN A BOOK, the mermaid from STORYTELLERS and the beach scene from last month's Barefoot Beach with Copic Markers.

I tucked the reading mermaid into the surf and created a little scene by adding the books onto the sand.

I stamped a sentiment from the LOST IN A BOOK set and added in some Dew Drops from The Robin's Nest to finish it off.

KKS August Krafty Peeks... Day THREE! Fall Favourites!

 Today is our final day of Krafty Peeks for the August Release 

 at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

We are so excited to share a fabulous new set 

by artist Sabrina van Vloten

 called...

FALL FAVOURITES!

Sabrina's sweet critter friends are back with their favourite Fall treats!! If you're a fan of Fall, this is going to be a must have, and if you love these cute animals, be sure to check out more of Sabrina's sets!

I started off by stenciling the AMAZING Perfect Pies Stencil with Krafty Kolours Inks. Can I tell you how much I love this stencil?!! 

I then looked up a tutorial for an Impossible Card Fold - don't worry, it's not impossible... YouTube has lots of tutorials! I pulled out some fall papers and cut them to fit the fold along with a panel of the stenciled pie images. I love stenciling a full background and then using it as I would patterned paper!

I coloured the sweet bear from the Fall Favourites set with Copics and used some Nuvo Crystal Glaze for the yummy pie filling!

The flap opens on this card fold and will actually stand up which is so cool to display! I found a Tim Holtz Ideaology fork and knife and placed them on the card so it looked a little like a place setting.

Inside, you can see more of the delicious Perfect Pie stencil! I stamped a thankful sentiment and added some of the tiny accessory stamps.

This will be a lovely Thanksgiving card and was so fun to make!!
