KKS August Hop and Shop!

Today we are celebrating all the new fabulous goodies in our August Release that are NOW available in the

I had so much fun with this month's release and decided to combine some of these fun sets! I coloured up some of the book images from LOST IN A BOOK, the mermaid from STORYTELLERS and the beach scene from last month's Barefoot Beach with Copic Markers.

I tucked the reading mermaid into the surf and created a little scene by adding the books onto the sand.

I stamped a sentiment from the LOST IN A BOOK set and added in some Dew Drops from The Robin's Nest to finish it off.

I'm sharing a cute tag from the last virtual Krafty Holiday Retreat using the adorable Gifts Galore Stencil and Pawsome Holiday Stamp Set!! 

Tags are such a fun way to use your supplies creatively! I stenciled with Krafty Kolours Inks and coloured my cute puppy with Copics. I added on stamped presents and candy canes from the set as well as fun pompoms, stickers and papers for a wonderful, dimensional tag to give with a special gift!

Each and every Saturday we post a brand new challenge for the week and you are welcome to enter as many times as you like.

These must be new creations and you are welcome to use any stamp, however, using Kraftin' Kimmie Stamp products will earn you double entries!

The monthly prize is a $25 voucher to the Krafty shop!!!

We are definitely seeing signs of Spring here, so this was a fun card to make! I used the New Wonderful Weave Stencil from the March Release as a background with some shiny yellow Lunar Paste!

I coloured in the beautiful butterfly and flower stamp with Copics and extended the stem to tuck behind a pretty wreath patterned paper accented with the chipboard from the March Add-On Bundle. I coloured each of the pretty flowers with my Copic markers and then added Stickles to add sparkle!

Then I added in a bright happy rainbow using lots of Krafty Kolours Inks and the Radient Rainbow Stencil, which is also on sale this weekend!! I think this card would make anyone feel like Spring is on the way!

Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps July Stamp Of The Month - Purr-fect Friends!

   Hello friends! We are so excited to share our newest

Stamp Of The Month - Purr-fect Friends!! 

This loveable set will be so adorable on cards and scrapbook pages, with a sweet sentiment sure to make you smile!

I coloured up the cute kitty with Copic Markers in a calico pattern. I love how her little mouse friend is snoozing right alongside her! 

I drew a thought bubble on white cardstock and fussy cut this lovely image from a P13 Happy Birthday paper pack, stamping the Purr-fect Friends sentiment from the set directly on it. I'm imagining this kitten is dreaming of giving a special birthday cake to her bestie - maybe Mr. Mouse himself! I added three Krafty Dots in various sizes and popped up the dreamy bubble with foam tape.

I also added in two more fun stamps sets on this card! I coloured two of the awesome cactuses from Lookin' Sharp as well as three tiny flowers from the That's A Wrap Set! There are so many sets that you'll be able to pair this sleepy duo with.  I hand drew a cozy little mat for them to have their nap on and used a diecut cardbase of that wonderful P13 Paper.

Pop Up Barn Birthday Card with Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Farm-tastic!

 Hello friends! I'm over on the Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Blog today to share a sweet birthday card I made for my nephew who is turning 3! Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Saturday Challenge #579 - What’s Your Krafty Forecast?

 Good morning and welcome to another fabulous and fun Saturday Challenge at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps ! 

This week our challenge theme for you is: 

What's Your Krafty Forecast?

My krafty forecast is Sunny with a chance of Funny Punny! I think this is such a great idea for a challenge and I chose the adorable Here Comes The Sun Stamp set with the happy sun! I coloured in the images with Copics and lightly stencilled the raindrops with Salty Sea Krafty Kolours Ink using the Rainy Day Stencil. I used Purple Pansy Ink to sponge around the edges of the diecut pieces and added Nuvo Crystal Glaze to the little eyes and puddles on the card. I used the sketch you can see below, flipped on it's side and layered on papers and embellishments from the latest Shop The Box party!! 

Inside, I stamped a sweet and very punny sentiment and image using the New Lucky Ducks Stamps set! It is going to be back in stock very soon - so be sure to sign up for email notifications! I used the Purple Pansy and New Mellow Mustard Inks, which I must say look lovely together! You can see how well it matches the cute images from Here Comes The Sun as it is designed by the same artist, Neda.
