Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Saturday Challenge #521 - Tag, You're It!

Good morning and welcome to another Saturday challenge at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps! Are you ready for another fun and krafty challenge to inspire you and help get your creative juices flowing? This week the challenge for you is .... TAG, you're IT! I decided to use the new That's A Wrap stamp set on a preprinted tag from one of the SCT Magazine Sampler Packs! What a lovely way to dress up and personalize a pretty tag even more!

I coloured in this zen girl with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers after stamping on Bristol Cardstock. After I cut her out I popped her up on this lovely tag. adding some shiny blue thread underneath and a few Krafty Basics Dots.

On the backside I used the Stormy Sky Ink to stamp a 'Spa-cial' thanks sentiment from the set and a couple flowers. Two more dots add just a little pop of extra colour! This was such a quick and easy way to embellish a premade tag!

Each and every Saturday we post a brand new challenge for the week and you are welcome to enter as many times as you like. These must be new creations and you are welcome to use any stamp, however using Kraftin' Kimmie stamps and products will earn you double entries! Bloom Kitty Card!

Hi! I'm over on the Gerda Steiner Designs blog today with a cute Spring Card using the Gerda Steiner Designs Kitten In Flower Pot from the Digital Spring Bundle. We are still in full on winter here, but I did hear birds singing the other day, and that really got me in the mood for spring! This is a fun set that was available a while ago, but you could definitely substitute any of the other cute Spring digi stamps or clear stamp sets in place of this image. I used paper and stickers from a Scrapbook & Cards Today Sampler Pack, adding a sentiment cut from a 6x6 piece of paper. A bit of Glossy Accents and white gel pen adds a pop to the Copic coloured images.

Holiday Chipboard Mini Album!

Hello! I hope everyone had a safe and happy New Years! I enjoyed a glass of wine, in my pj's and even fit in some crafting!! So all in all a great night 😉 I really felt like Christmas went so quickly this year and there were so many more crafting possibilities, so I decided to take this opportunity in the holiday lull to sit down and make something fun with some festive supplies. I loved the Scrapbook & Cards Today December Sampler goodies, but hadn't had a chance to pull them out, and this little Mini Album (it's only 2.5" square!!) was just the right fit. Skating Mice Thank You Card!

Hello! I am over on the Gerda Steiner Designs Blog today with a sweet Thank You card using the adorable Gerda Steiner Designs Ice Skating Mouse digital stamp . This would be a lovely Thanksgiving card as well, or with a quick paper swap a cute holiday card! I used the pretty papers and embellishments from the November SCT Sampler Pack and a sketch from the SCT Fall 2019 Sketches (check out the sketch at the bottom of the post). I even matched the little outfits on the mice to the paper 😉 Honestly, what could be cuter than an animal in a sweater!!

Cupcake Wishes Triangle Fold Card!

Hey friends! I'm over on the Gerda Steiner Designs Blog today to share a cute cupcake birthday card with you all using the Let's Eat Cupcake digital stamp. This little guy is currently FREE so you'll definitely want to grab him! I brought out my Copic Markers and coloured him up with a fun and yummy cupcake - perfect for a birthday card. I used the Mama Elephant Birthday Messages Stamp Set to add the 'cupcake wishes' sentiment and the inside sentiment as well that says 'have a sweet birthday'. These fun papers are by Doodlebug Design and were included with the August SCT Sampler Pack. Of course I had to add some pretty SpiegelMom Scraps Sequins! This is a triangle fold card, which is super easy - basically, you are scoring an 8 1/2"x11" piece of cardstock at 5 1/2" on the long edge and 4 1/4" on the short edge and then cutting it from corner to corner. The flaps then fold in to create your card front. You'll get two cards front one sheet of cardstock.

Hey there! Hope you're having a great weekend. We had a big Saturday a.m. breakfast today with the kids - bacon, pancakes, eggs, fruit, fried potatoes... and of course coffee for the grownups! I love coffee, so as soon as I saw this cute Coffee Chick digital stamp from Gerda Steiner Designs I knew I wanted to use her paired with a sentiment from the Tim Holtz Snarky Small Talk Sticker Book. I grabbed some new Vicki Boutin Wildflower and Honey papers that were included in the latest SCT Sampler Pack and added a few SpiegelMom Scrap Sequins for a fun card - perfect for a coffee lover. Hello! I sure hope you're having a great weekend! It is 'Vrooming by' 😉 for us just like these cute pups from the Gerda Steiner Designs Dog On Scooter Vrooming By digital stamp! I do really love how easy it is to resize and print as many 'stamped images' as you'd like with digis. I grabbed some fun Shimelle Sparkle City papers from a previous SCT Sampler Pack to use as a background scene and used the Jillibean Soup Enjoy The Ride sticker from the same pack for my sentiment.

Hello! It's officially summer... the kids have worn their bathing suits 5 out of 7 days this week, lol. I'm over on the Gerda Steiner Designs blog today sharing a super cool summer card using the adorable Surfing Duck digital stamp. This card came together perfectly with the July SCT Sampler Pack goodies using the Simple Stories Sunshine & Blue Skies collection included. Crossing Guard Thank You Cards!

Hello! Well, we just finished the school year this week and have the whole summer ahead of us! I'm over on the Gerda Steiner Designs Blog today sharing a couple of cute cards that we gave to the Crossing Guards at our school last week. We so appreciate all the time they take to make sure everyone gets to school safely! I used the sweet FREEBIE Crossing Guard Digital Stamp from the Gerda Steiner Designs Shop along with some Shimelle Sparkle City papers from the SCT Sampler Pack to whip up these cards in no time.

Inside, I used a printable sentiment included in the download and added another sparkly star cut with the star dies in the Your Next Stamp Photo Booth Panel Die to coordinate with the front of the cards.

Your Next Stamp Coffee Cuties Card!

Hello! I hope your week is looking up so far! Mine is great as I'm getting to design with one of the New Release Stamps from Your Next Stamp this month - Coffee Cuties on the Your Next Stamp Blog today! I love coffee and I love cute stamps - so this was so fun to create a pretty card with.

I paper-pieced the cup with Dear Lizzy papers from the latest SCT Sampler Pack and coloured in the rest of the image with Copic Markers. A bit of foam tape popped up the image on a striped background cut with a Your Next Stamp Scallop Stitched Rectangle die and then it was layered on an embossed background. Some pretty sequins, a button and twine finish off the card front.

Inside, I stamped the wonderful sentiment from the Coffee Cuties and added a little diecut strawberry to coordinate with the front of the card.

Cat's Meow Birthday Card!

Hello!! I hope you are having a fabulous weekend! We've had some basketball activities and are taking it easy with a little crafting and relaxing today. Speaking of relaxing, this super adorable kitty looks totally relaxed and ready to wish someone a Meowy Special Birthday 🐱 I'm over on the Gerda Steiner Designs Blog today sharing this cute card using the Cat In Bookshelf digital stamp.

Here's a peek at the pull out tag I created using some cute Lawn Fawn stamps from the new Say What Pets stamp set. I added a few epoxy stickers and Studio Katia Spring Mix sequins for embellishment.

I used Vicki Boutin papers from the May SCT Sampler Pack and stamped a Hello Bluebird sentiment inside.

When You're Eating A Cookie Layout!

Hi friends! Well, it's the start of a long weekend here in Canada with Victoria Day on Monday. It is traditionally a weekend when people head out camping, however I don't think I ever remember it being sunny, so we usually don't make too many plans. It is actually raining, so I'm totally fine with staying home- warm, cozy and dry and doing a little crafting 😃 I'm over on the Wild Whisper Designs Blog today sharing a cute cookie layout using photos from one Christmas. Hello again! I'm over on the Gerda Steiner Designs Blog today to share a sweet little card with you using the adorable Easter Bunnies Digital Stamp Bundle , and as you can see this cute set is not just for Easter! I'm using the lovely spring papers from the Scrapbook and Cards Today March Sampler Kit, which even included these adorable pom-poms!

 Inside, I stamped a Lawn Fawn sentiment that just worked perfectly to coordinate with the cute carrot button on the front. A few Buttons Galore & More sequins and gems adorn both inside and out.

I just couldn't resist creating one more project with our sponsors' adorable images for this challenge, and this week I'm using the sweet Pup In Boots digital stamp from Wink Wink Ink. I grabbed some pretty spring papers from the SCT Sampler Pack and layered them on a kraft cardstock base.

After colouring this cutie with Copics and Prismacolor Markers I fussy cut him out to give the look of a stamped and diecut image. I added some pretty Close To My Heart and Buttons Galore and More embellishments and a diecut flower to finish it off.
