Well, we are back with MORE Christmas fun!
Today we are spotlighting a new stamp set
from artist Michelle Houghton called HOLIDAY POSTAGE!!
Who's totally into the postage craze right now?
I'm in LOVE with Michelle's images and sentiments that fit inside the frames!
I stamped the images to fit in the postage stamps and coloured with Copic Markers. I love these adorable images that are so awesome on their own, but also fit perfectly into these stamps!
I created a background with the new Holiday Ornaments stencil and Krafty Kolours Inks in pinks and blues, coordinating the colours for both the background and the stamped images! I added the 1¢ and sentiment stamps using Festive Fuchsia and Tranquil Teal inks.
Here’s a closeup of my stencilled background. I used Ocean Opulence, Tranquil Teal and Sparkling Sapphire blue inks on one layer, sprayed overtop with Peacock Feathers Distress Spritz. On the second layer I used Pretty In Pink, Raspberry Rose and Berry Bold sprayed overtop with Picked Raspberry Distress Spritz.
