KKS July Krafty Peeks... Day ONE! Mermaid Kisses!

It's time for our July Release Peeks to begin 

at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

Today we have a beautiful underwater set to start off the week

designed by Neda Sadreddin,

 and it's called.....

MERMAID KISSES! 

You'll find three enchanting mermaids ready to share their magic and of course, in true Neda style, so many fantastic accessories!! 

This is such a fun set to create with, and so perfect for summer!! I started by watercolouring these adorable mermaids and their sweet accessories with Zebra Clickart Markers.

I mixed the Amazing Azure Ink refill, our Ink of the Month - on sale!, with Simon Hurley Solar Paste for a beautiful shimmery paste to use with the New Sassy Seashells Stencil. You can see how the light reflects off the paste!

I white heat embossed a sentiment and added a sandy bottom to my card, finishing it off with The Robin's Nest Dew Drops and Nuvo Crystal Glaze!

Tonic Studios New Release! Good Times Ahead! with Video!!

Hello friends! Karla here today to share an exciting release from Tonic Studios! Their new Monthly Stamp & Die Set, called Good Times Ahead, includes a 6x8 stamp set full of 26 clear stamps and coordinating dies! You can find it in the US Shop HERE and The UK Shop HERE. I had so much fun playing with this set and created a video with ideas, tips and tricks for using it HERE or watch below! The first set I created with Nuvo Watercolor Pencils, stamped on Craft Perfect Watercolor Paper. These pencils are so smooth and wonderful to blend and colour with!

I layered the stamped and diecut images on Tonic dies from my collection and used some fun tone on tone patterned papers. 

The sentiments are so uplifting and inspiring! I stamped with Nuvo Inks, which come in a large variety of colours, and added lots of pretty Nuvo Drops.

The dies create such a delicate cut around these beautiful images.

You can use the sweet smiley face to add a grin to several of the images!

For the next set I used Shimmer Powders for a fun, shimmery background effect! Be sure to watch the video to see how to apply them! 

And, for the last project, I used some of the smaller projects in my planner!

I coloured these in with the smooth Nuvo Colored Pencils!

Wild Whisper Hello Friend Slimline Card!

 Hello friends! I'm over on the Wild Whisper Blog today sharing a pretty slimline card, perfect to send to a special friend! I love that I can create whatever sentiments I want using the Brush Script Stamp! So many possibilities! I diecut the slimline frame using the Mama Elephant Slimline Fancy Fence Diecut and Nicole Wright's beautiful Ledger and Script paper, adding a stencilled panel and stamped sentiment. Now I have a beautiful card ready to send to make someone smile!

Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps September Krafty Peeks... Day THREE! Wooly Wonderland!

 Today is our third day of Krafty Peeks for the September Release

 at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

Today we are 'peeking' a fabulous set 

from artist Michelle Houghton

 and it's called.....

WOOLY WONDERLAND!

Ewe'll have the coolest cards around with this fantastic mix and match set of wooly critters!

Ok, these guys are hilarious! I love their cute little faces and sweet accessories! There are so many ways to use these guys... I decided on colouring this fluffy scarf wearing fellow with Copics and if you'll look behind him you'll see a set we Peeked yesterday - LONG LANDSCAPES, which I turned into a snowy, winter scene! 

I used the pretty Photoplay paper from the ADD-ON BUNDLE behind my scene and grabbed a puffy snow marker for snowy accents. I love the punny sentiment that I stamped with the New INCREDIBLE INDIGO Ink! I added in some Krafty dots and white gel pen highlights and I couldn't resist adding an action wobbler behind this guy's head!

I added on one of the little charms- adorable - from the ADD-ON BUNDLE as well as a tiny bell. The New CHRISTMAS CANDY Stencil was perfect to create some peppermint embellishments, frosted with shimmery Lustre Polish and Tonic Crystal Glaze. A 1/2" size circle punch was just the right size!

Wild Whisper Cup Of Happiness Card!

Hello friends! I'm over on the Wild Whisper Blog today sharing a MemoryDex card! It was inspired by the SCT MemoryDex 101 Class from Scrapbook & Cards Today. Week 4 is all about using stamping on your cards and I love all the ways to use the beautiful new Nicole Wright Designs Script & Ledger Stamps. I also really love a good cup of tea, so what better way to join in the challenge than making it about tea and stamping! I may have also stocked up on the new Fall and Halloween teas at David's Tea! 

I added in some Ledger & Script paper as well as some ephemera and journaling cards and even a bit of Tim Holtz goodness!

Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps August New Release Hop & Shop!

 Woohoo!!!

Today we are celebrating all the new fabulous goodies in our August Release that are NOW available in the

 Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Shop!

All five of our new stamp sets, plus two new stencils and a new hybrid ink colour were released yesterday along with our exclusive ADD-ON BUNDLE, 

and we're excited to share it ALL with you in a fabulous krafty HOP!

There were just too many cute options to choose from, so I grabbed a bunch of images I had already coloured and used them on my card today! 

I started off by stencilling a soft background using the New COOL CANTELOUPE Ink with Summer Sunshine Krafty Kolours Ink and the New TIRE TRACKS Stencil. I love this fantastic bunny on a scooter image from the JUST DRIVIN' BY Stamp Set, and I coloured him up with Copics to match the colours in the P13 Paper Pack and Tags from the ADD ON BUNDLE. 

That BEEP Sentiment is awesome, and I think it looks like he's zooming through the Fall leaves from the HAY YOU Stamp Set. I stamped the leaf in several colours of Krafty Kolours Inks and coloured them in with coloured pencils, adding some shimmer with the pretty Opal Blaze Polish from the ADD ON BUNDLE. I added some of the cut aparts from the paper pack and stamped a fun sentiment that's actually in the FALL BREEZE Stamp Set! I added a partial Tag at the top of the card and finished it off with various Krafty Dots.

Inside, I stamped a leaf and sentiment from the FALL BREEZE Stamp Set using the New COOL CANTELOUPE and Berry Bliss Inks. I'm going to give this card to my hubby for our Anniversary next month!
