Kraftin’ Kimmie Stamps August New Release! Hop & Shop!

 Woohoo!!!

Today we are celebrating all the new fabulous goodies in our August Release that are NOW available in the

 Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Shop!

All FOUR of our new stamp sets, plus two new stencils and a new hybrid ink colour 

ADD-ON BUNDLE, 

and we're excited to share it ALL with you in a fabulous krafty HOP!

I'm sharing a tag I created for the Krafty Halloween Retreat we did last month. If you haven't been a part of one of Kim's retreats, you might just want to check them out!! We have a great time in a private group with the Design Team and customers who are signed up! For this last retreat there were 16 Live or PreRecorded video classes to craft along with, with coloring tutorials and lots of tips and tricks!!

I coloured the bats from BEWITCHED! with Copics and layered them on an inked tag using the new 2 layer PUMPKIN PATCH Stencil, which I love! I added in some of the solid bats and stars from the set and then used MONSTER SENTIMENTS! to stamp a fun batty sentiment in the middle of the card! I finished off the fun tag with an inked jack-o-lantern chipboard, from the August ADD ON BUNDLE!

Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps August Krafty Peeks Day THREE! Fall Breeze!

  Today is our third day of Krafty Peeks for the August Release

 at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

Today we are 'peeking' a fabulous set 

from artist Michelle Houghton

 and it's called.....

FALL BREEZE!

We're so excited to bring you this gorgeous set of leaves and beautiful sentiments that is going to be a must have Fall set!

I'm sharing a pretty Autumn tag with the beautiful FALL BREEZE Stamp Set today! I absolutely love it combined with the FALLING LEAVES Stencil!! I chose some pretty coordinating colours of Krafty Kolours Inks in Rich Rust, Summer Sunshine and Berry Bliss along with the New COOL CANTELOUPE Ink to stencil the tag background.

Then, I stamped the beautiful leaves - I love the size! - on various colours of the P13 paper pad included in the ADD-ON BUNDLE. I used the paper pack as well to cut apart some images to tuck in around the leaves, and I found some matching Krafty Dots.

I stamped one of the beautiful sentiments from the set and added on the P13 Tag, Prima Leaf Charm and shimmery Opal Blaze Polish, all from the fantastic ADD-ON BUNDLE!

Kraftin’ Kimmie Stamps October Sneak Peeks- Day 1 Krafty Elves

Who's ready for lots of brand new Krafty goodies?! It's time for our October Release Peeks to begin at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps! We've got lots of fun holiday goodness for you and we're kicking things off with a new stamp set that *might* look a little familiar....and that's because this set was the special release that was part of our Krafty Fall Retreat Swag Bags!!!

Today's featured set is by fabby artist, Sabrina van Vloten and it's called.....KRAFTY ELVES! I mean, what's more appropriate that some little Christmas elves getting krafty for the holidays!!?  There are three main images...one baking, one making a toy train and of course, one colouring!!  There are some additional fun accessory stamps plus sentiments including a 'handmade by' for the backs of your creations!

As you hop around the design team's blogs today you'll be able to check out KRAFTY ELVES in action in combination with a lot of our other new October Kraftin' Kimmie products! I decided to create some sweet little tags with this adorable set! I couldn't choose just one, so I decided to play with them all! 

I absolutely love this month's stencils, and chose the MAGICAL MOSAIC one to create a colour coordinated background for my diecut tags. I just love this tiny baking elf!! I can imagine adding this gift tag to some yummy baked goodies I'll be delivering in December 💗 I coloured her up with Copic Markers and added some white gel pen highlights. Precious Pink (new last month!) and Raspberry Rose Krafty Kolours Inks coordinate with the Doodlebug Design papers and pretty pink ribbon! 

I used the NEW AMAZING AZURE for this sweet tag with the little toy making elf! It is such a lovely bright blue colour - you're going to have to add it to your collection!! I even added a few little snowflakes stamped on the background of each tag from the cute Elf-Tacular stamp set - you know I love to mix and match!! This one will be perfect to attach to my 8 year old's gift under the tree!

Lastly, I used the sweet little artist elf on a green tag, stenciling again with the MAGICAL MOSAIC using Charming Chartreuse and Enchanting Emerald. This one will be perfect to add to my 13 year old daughter's gift, which will be sure to include art and planner supplies! 

The fabulous colours of NEW DAZZLING DOTS match all my tags and I even found some pretty twine and coordinating jingle bells!! We actually woke up to a blanket of snow on the ground yesterday, so I was really in the mood for Christmas crafting! I can't wait to see what you do with these adorable stamps!!

Foiled Hanging Tag!

Hello! Happy Monday! I'm over on the Southern Ridge Trading Company Blog today with a fun foiled hanging tag using a chipboard tag, Primitive Stars set and a 6x6" Star Stencil. I decided to play around with the DecoFoil Transfer Gel Duo and Pen to add foiling bling!! I am loving this gel and the possibilities.

Peace Christmas Decor Tag!

Hello! Well, Christmas is coming in 51 sleeps... yeah my 7 year old made me download the app! I figured I should do some stress-free Christmas crafting before that realization hits that you have 5 teacher gifts and 10 stocking stuffers to make in two days, lol. So, I was at a crop over the weekend and decided to enjoy making a lovely and peaceful tag using some fun supplies from the Southern Ridge Trading Company Shop. I pulled out a Chipboard Tag, 3x3 Star Stencil, Soda Fizz Stencil, Words Of Christmas set and Cedar Trees pack and got crafty! Mixed Media Tag with Embossing Powder Techniques!

Hello! I thought I'd pop back in before the long Easter weekend with a couple pretty tags to show you! Recently, I did a Facebook Live with Emerald Creek Craft Supplies Embossing Powders and Stamps and I thought I'd share that with you here. Sometimes just playing around with supplies gives you new ideas and I really had fun mixing powders and doing a few new techniques. Both tags are just a little different, so be sure to scroll down to see the finished tags together - and you'll find a video link at the bottom of the post.

I had fun with stencils, wood shapes and chipboard!

I love customizing seam binding ribbon by adding coordinating ink colours and spritzing with water. One of the pretty Emerald Creek Flower Crest brads adorn the top of the tag.

Here's a look at both tags - I showed how to create the main pieces on the video and then was able to quickly put everything together after!

This sweet fairy charm is from the Emerald Creek Shop. I added a drop of Ranger Liquid Pearls to the tiny well area she's holding. You could easily add a gem or some powder too! The powders mixed together on the wood shape to create a beautiful marbled background. Just by using parchment paper I was able to prevent the powders from flying all over the place.

A pretty jeweled brad finishes off this second tag.

Kitty Bee Designs - #136 Love & Valentines!

Hi Friends! I hope you've been having a lovely week so far! I've had lots of fun creating projects lately and here's one more for you!  It's time for the midweek inspiration for Challenge #136 over at the Kitty Bee Designs Challenge Blog - Aloha Friday!

For this week's challenge I decided to use the Love theme to create a wine wrap and gift tag set that could be given as a housewarming gift. I used the cute blue house from the My Neighborhood digital stamp set with the sending love sentiment. This set is full of awesome neighborhood images, and you get the precoloured images along with black and white digis and several sentiments. 

I diecut the preprinted house with a Sizzix oval die and layered it on a tag cut from a Paige Evans paper pad. These cool We R Memory Keepers brads added a neat element to the front.

I used some pretty embellishments from Buttons Galore to add some bling and added a little heart stamp on the door. I was able to colour the 'sending love' portion of the stamp by opening it with the Paint 3D program on my PC and clicking on the colour I wanted. A bit of Distress Oxide Ink around the edge adds some interest.

I was easily able to customize the red and green houses by opening them in Paint 3D as well and simply clicking the colours I wanted. I then saved each individually and printed them out side by side in the word processing program I use. 

I diecut a border around the house label and layered it on some papers from a Paige Evans Pink Paislee Paper Pad cut to fit around the bottle. I used a strip of double sided score tape to secure the wrap in place and added some more pretty bling from the Buttons Galore pack. Now I have a gift ready and waiting to deliver to a friend!
