Hi all! So glad you can join me on a sunny Tuesday - well it's sunny here anyways! I am so excited to join you as a Guest Designer this week for the Die Cuttin' Diva's!!

This week the challenge is a sketch - and I love following a sketch. It just gets my creativity going - I feel like I can focus on the elements I want to put on the card, but I don't have to worry about where to put them - I just follow the sketch!

I used my Cricut Explore and a Make It Now project in the Design Space app to create this card.  I love being able to 'customize' the premade project so you can make it exactly how you want. Here's the link to this project in case you want to make your own - https://us.cricut.com/design/#/canvas/27466026. I must say I do love that feature about Design Space! I added the banner cut from The First Few Years cartridge and stamped it with a Pretty Cute Stamps sentiment from the Matryoshka Mom set.

Here's the sketch for this week's Die Cuttin' Diva's Challenge:

I layered on the Cricut diecut flowers, leaves, and scroll background over a diecut base. A gem in the center added a bit of bling!

Inside I used a Dylusions stamp for the sentiment and added a scroll stamp I had in my stash stamped with Crushed Olive Distress Ink.

I stamped the kraft envelope with flower and scroll stamps and added Crystal embossing powder to brighten up the images and add some more shine.

You can see the dimension on the flower here, as well as seeing how choosing similar colours for my ink and adding the stamp scrolls tie the envelope and card together.

Thanks so much for joining me today!! Please be sure to hop over to the Die Cuttin' Diva's blog to check out the amazing DT projects and enter your own for a chance to win!
