Well, Amie is back to school, this time Grade 1 - a full day! Holy cow, time flies. It seems with back to school a flurry of birthday invitations begin! For her first September birthday party invite we needed a little boy birthday card. I pulled out some animal stamps and birthday stamps and stamped on Ranger Specialty Stamping Paper - a new fav of mine. I coloured in with Prismacolor markers and then cut out the images after sponging on a Distress Ink (a total fav and stamping all star!) background. Using some foam dots and a bit of baker's twine I arranged the images and had a birthday card in no time. Now, I really need to get on making some ahead of time to have on hand!
I cut the balloon away from the cupcake and attached it to the monkey with baker's twine!
