Happy Monday and welcome to another Monday challenge!

Challenge #253 - Celebrate Dad-create a card or project for Dad

This Weeks Sponsor
digiplayground.com

There will be 3 winners of $7 gift certificates!

Create a project inspired by Father's Day

To qualify for the prize, be sure to use at least 1 Cricut cut on your project and if it's not obvious, let us know what cartridge you used. If you use a Cricut Explore machine, at least one cut must be from the Cricut catalog of images.

For my project this week I've created a Father's Day card using the Digiplayground SVG files Awesome Title for the card base and Superboy Character, as well as the Cricut Cartridge Crash, Boom, Pow! I used the super awesome new stamp sets from Pretty Cute Stamps Superheroes  and Super Sentiments on my card and envelope.

I started off by welding the base of the Awesome Title to make a card front and back and then sized Superboy in Design Space. After stamping the My Hero sentiment I embossed it with Crystal embossing powder to give it some shimmer.

I added some stickles to Superboy's star on his shirt - since every superhero needs glitter!

I love this layered Pow Cricut cut!

I cut a second layer of the Pow base to use inside my card, and then stamped it with another Pretty Cute Stamp sentiment and stars.

Here's a look at the card and envelope together. I used some of the star cut outs from the card on my envelope along with some stamped stars and a sentiment.

These are the stamp sets I used:
