This week, Krafty Girl Kerri B. is your hostess and her challenge theme for you is:
USE CARDBOARD AND MAKE A CARD!
I must say I have never used cardboard on a card before, but let me tell you it was so fun!! I simply cut a piece of cardboard box and peeled away the top layer and then cut it into a banner shape. It added fun dimension and texture and I layered on some Distress Icicle paste to create a snowy effect on this pretty Christmas card.
I coloured up the sweet gingerbread house and two tiny gingies from the New Yummy Christmas Stamp Set with Copics and added Stickles for sugary shine!
I used part of the Yummy Christmas sentiment and added Be Merry using the New Krafty Alphabet Stamp Set - definitely a must have!! with Krafty Kolours Inks to create a customized sentiment banner! The cute little peppermint stamps are just the thing to finish it off!
Each and every Saturday we post a brand new challenge for the week and you are welcome to enter as many times as you like.
These must be new creations and you are welcome to use any stamp, however, using Kraftin' Kimmie Stamp products will earn you double entries!
