Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Saturday Challenge #630 - Animals!

Good morning and welcome to another

fabulous and fun Saturday Challenge

at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps !

Are you ready for another fun and krafty challenge to inspire you and help get your creative juices flowing?

We've got some fabulous ideas for you 

and can't wait to see what you create!

This week, I am your hostess and my challenge theme for you is: 

ANIMALS!

I'm using the adorable New Cheeky Chipmunks stamp set for this sweet celebration card! If you haven't seen all the adorable images on this set, you'll definitely want to! I coloured them up with Zebra Zensations Colored Pencils and pulled out some Echo Park papers.

The pretty Mostly Melon Ink was just the perfect colour to add stenciling detail with the Starburst Stencil. I finished off the card with some Nuvo Crystal Glaze on the cake and yummy strawberries on the chipmunk mouth and some Ranger Liquid Pearl drops around the printed sentiment. I used Marvelous Mocha Ink to stamp a sentiment from the Cheeky Chipmunks set. This card would be awesome for lots of celebrations! 

Each and every Saturday we post a brand new challenge for the week and you are welcome to enter as many times as you like.

These must be new creations and you are welcome to use any stamp, however, using Kraftin' Kimmie Stamp products will earn you double entries!

The monthly prize is a $25 voucher to the Krafty shop!!!

Saturday Challenge #629 - Use A Stencil!

This week, Krafty Girl Melanie is your hostess and her challenge theme for you is: 

USE A STENCIL!

I absolutely love stencils, especially Kraftin' Kimmie stencils!! I decided on the fabulous Bouncing Bubbles stencil to create a background with some Vicki Boutin gel crayons. I scribbled on a craft mat, spritzed with a little water and picked up the crayons with a stencil brush for a soft effect. This bubble stencil would be great for so many different cards!

I coloured up the adorable panda bears from the New Panda-monium stamp set using my N series copic markers. I love the accessory stamps in this set! I coloured the bamboo stamp and then stamped the star on the background with Versamark and brushed some pretty Mica Minerals over top for a soft shimmery effect.

I stamped the sentiment with Purple Pansy Krafty Kolours Ink and used a banner die to pop it up on the top left. A pretty black and white bow and some shimmery enamel dots finished off this sweet card!

Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps April New Release Hop & Shop!

  Woohoo!!!

Today we are celebrating all the new fabulous goodies in our April Release that are NOW available in the

 Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Shop!

All FOUR of our new stamp sets, plus two new stencils and a new hybrid ink colour were released yesterday along with our exclusive 

ADD-ON BUNDLE, 

and we're excited to share it ALL with you in a fabulous krafty HOP!

I'm using the New PANDA-MONIUM! stamp set, which is absolutely adorable!! I love how many sentiments there are with this set and how many occasions you can use it for!

I coloured up these cuties with Copics and chose the little bubble tea panda and the standing panda with the bamboo. Of course I had to pull out my Boba Tea diecut set to use on the card as well! I used the New LUSCIOUS LEMON ink and TINY TRIANGLES stencil to create a border strip for my pandas and diecut to sit on. 

I added in the rickrack and gems from the ADD ON BUNDLE and some cute puffy stickers!

Kraftin’ Kimmie Stamps April Krafty Peeks… Day FOUR! Panda-monium! Plus A Challenge!

 Today is our final day of Krafty Peeks for the April Release 

 at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

We are so excited to share a fantastic set

PANDA-MONIUM!

These delightful panda friends are sure to make anyone smile with their cute antics and adorable accessories!

The only hard part about today's card was deciding which of these cute pandas to use on my card!! Seriously, is this set not adorable?!! I pulled out one of the awesome Photoplay wiper cards included in the ADD-ON BUNDLE to put together for this project. These cards are amazing! They come in a 3 pack and are soooo easy to put together! I covered each of the folds with patterned paper from Kimmie's last Shop The Box (PS There's a STB party on Sunday if you're looking for a few more crafty goodies ;) and coloured up these sweet pandas with Copic Markers.

I used the New TINY TRIANGLES Stencil and New LUSCIOUS LEMON Ink to stencil a background for the front of the card. This yellow ink might just be my new fav! Here's a look at what the card looks like closed to fit into the envelope.

I stamped the sentiment on the bottom and popped up the little panda friends, adding a cupcake, a bow and a balloon to the birthday scene. I used some Krafty Kolours Inks to stamp the two sizes of stars included in the set around the bears. The gems from the ADD-ON BUNDLE come in so many different colours, so I used the white ones around the sentiment, and you can see the baby rickrack, also from the ADD-ON BUNDLE peeking out from behind the panel.

And here's the surprise! I added another cute bear on the wiper mechanism, holding the OMG cute bear balloon! She pops out when the card is opened!!

Here's a look at the wiper card in action! My daughter Erica was happy to be my helper!

Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps April Krafty Peeks... Day THREE! Cheeky Chipmunks!

 Today is our third day of Krafty Peeks for the April Release

 at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

Today we are 'peeking' a super sweet set 

from artist Sabrina van Vloten

 and it's called.....

CHEEKY CHIPMUNKS!

These adorably cute chipmunks and all their amazing accessories will have you creating for days on end!! 

I coloured up these cuties with Zebra Zensations coloured pencils and created a fun scene! I love how there are acorns, strawberries and even cake... which I'm saving for another card! 

I ink blended the New Animal Adventure Stencil  using the New LUSCIOUS LEMON ink, Mostly Melon and Ocean Opulence Inks and added the fun background behind the diecut panel. It's such a great design!!

I added on the Rickrack trim and gems from the ADD-ON BUNDLE and finished off the card with one of the fabulous sentiments from the set!

Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps... Day TWO! Stone Age Friends!

 Welcome back to Day TWO of our April Krafty Peeks!

Are you excited about what you've seen so far!?  Are you ready for more?

I hope your answer was yes because we've got more fabulous fun for you today!

The stamp set we are 'peeking' for you today is from 

artist Neda Sadreddin

 and it's called.....

STONE AGE FRIENDS!

This absolutely awesome set features a prehistoric family and their wooly mammoth friend with accessory stamps and fun, ancient sentiments!

This set is so awesome!! Not only does is coordinate with elements and sentiments from yesterday's Cave Kids Krafty Komeback, but it has so many great images and unique sentiments on its own! And sersiously, how cute is this tiny cave baby?!! I used the New LUSCIOUS LEMON ink and Sandy Shores Ink to stencil a background using the ANIMAL ADVENTURE Stencil. This is such a great print and would look amazing in so many colours!

I coloured up this family from the past with Copics and added some gel pen highlights.

I popped them up and layered on the rock and fire accessory stamps and then added one of the fabulous sentiments!
