Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Saturday Challenge #638 - Two or More Layers!

This week, Krafty Girl Rosie is your hostess and her challenge theme for you is: 

TWO OR MORE LAYERS!

This was an easy one for me! It's the 'clean and simple' I struggle with hehe! I pulled out the Friends To The Finish Stamp Set, which I hadn't yet used. It has great images and sentiments for lots of different occasions. I coloured up this lovely lady with a glass of red wine, my fav, using Nuvo Alcohol Markers.

Kraftin’ Kimmie Stamps June New Release Hop & Shop!

  Woohoo!!!

Today we are celebrating all the new fabulous goodies in our June Release that are NOW available in the

 Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Shop!

All FOUR of our new stamp sets, plus two new stencils and a new hybrid ink colour were released yesterday along with our exclusive 

ADD-ON BUNDLE, 

and we're excited to share it ALL with you in a fabulous krafty HOP!

There are so many fun things to play with in this release!! It was hard to decide, but I finally chose the BOUNCY BALLOONS! Stencil and a sweet image from the FUNTASTIC FAIR! Stamp Set! 

I stencilled the background with pretty Lunar Pastes for a shimmery, shiny effect!

I coloured the merry go round with Zig Clean Color Real Brush markers and added ticket stubs and a sentiment from the CARNIVAL CRITTERS! set.

I coloured the Super chipboard from the ADD ON BUNDLE with Nuvo Glitter Marker and added in some gems!

Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps June Krafty Peeks Day FOUR! You’ve Been Framed! Plus A Challenge!

Today is our final day of Krafty Peeks for the June Release 

 at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

We are so excited to share a wonderful set

Michelle Houghton called...

YOU'VE BEEN FRAMED!

This awesome set is of course the perfect compliment to Picture Perfect, which you saw yesterday! There are so many possibilities and fabulous sentiments included!! 

This set is so awesome! I can just imagine so many ways I'm going to use it! I started off by white heat embossing the Smile sentiment using the set we peeked yesterday - Picture Perfect. I then added Krafty Kolours inks sponged over the background, including the New Flirty Flamingo Ink! The white embossed word created a subtle resist for a fun background. 

I then stamped the film strip across my background and layered on the film strip from the Add-On Bundle. I love the vintage look of this strip! I used the Carnival Critters Set to stamp an accessory image stamp around the background, the cute mouse inside the polaroid frame from You've Been Framed, and stars around the little mouse.

I used the fabulous Sending Smiles sentiment inside the frame and added a chipboard word bubble from the Add-On Bundle. A few pretty gems and a smile sticker finish it off!

Kraftin’ Kimmie Stamps June Krafty Peeks... Day THREE! Picture Perfect!

  Today is our third day of Krafty Peeks for the June Release

 at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

Today we are 'peeking' a super awesome set 

from artist Michelle Houghton

 and it's called.....

PICTURE PERFECT!

This amazing set of vintage style cameras are perfect for so many occasions! The sentiments included are spot on!

I chose to do an ombre background with the New Bouncing Balloons stencil using the New Flirty Flamingo Ink, Pretty In Pink Ink and Pink Pizzazz! 

I layered on some fun paper and the Film Strip and Chipboard from the Add-On Bundle, colouring the Chipboard with Nuvo Glitter Markers. 

I watercoloured a fabulous image from Picture Perfect and added Nuvo Crystal Glaze and a little glitter on top to the flash and lens and popped it up. I love the handwritten font on this sentiment included! 

I used a Photoplay Popup card that has an element inside that 'pops up' when you open the card - a perfect place to add another camera and sentiment!

Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps June Krafty Peeks... Day TWO! Funtastic Fair!

 Welcome back to Day TWO of our June Krafty Peeks!

Are you excited about what you've seen so far!?  Are you ready for more?

I hope your answer was yes because we've got more fabulous fun for you today!

The stamp set we are 'peeking' for you today is from 

artist Sabrina van Vlotten

 and it's called.....

FUNTASTIC FAIR!

This absolutely amazing set perfectly coordinates with the amusement park theme and the adorable CARNIVAL CRITTERS set from yesterday's peek!

I'm sharing a slimline card today using the awesome images from Funtastic Fair along with yesterday's stamp set, Carnival Critters! 

I used the wonderful Fancy Fireworks Stencil with Lunar Pastes to create a fun filled sky, full of bright shimmery fireworks. This stencil layers beautifully, and then in combination with complimentary stamps from the Carnival Critters set, you get an amazing effect!

I watercoloured the images with both Nuvo watercoloured pencils and Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers. The fantastic chipboard from the Add-On Bundle works so well with these sets too! I painted the 'Cool' chipboard white and then added on blue glitter marker to the top! You'll also see one of the metallic balloon brads from the Add-On set! This fair scene is simply amazing!

I finished off the inside of the card with the ferris wheel stamp and the sentiment included in the Funtastic Fair set, stamped with our New Flirty Flamingo Ink!

Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps June Krafty Peeks... Day ONE! Carnival Critters!

 Who's ready for lots of brand new Krafty goodies?!

It's time for our June Release Peeks to begin 

at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

Today's set features fabulous fun fair critters and accessories,

designed by Sabrina van Vlotten

 and it's called.....

CARNIVAL CRITTERS!

You may recognize these adorable animals from several of Sabrina's designs! Check out the fireworks that work perfectly to accent the New FANCY FIREWORKS Stencil below!  

This is such a fun set!! I simply had to use a couple of the adorable animal images with those fun fireworks stamps and include the Fancy Fireworks Stencil shown below!!

I used the New Flirty Flamingo Ink along with Charming Chartreuse and Luscious Lemon Inks to stencil in the fireworks following the layering instructions! I then used my Nuvo Glitter Markers to colour on the fireworks stamps and stamp on the glittery highlights! 

I coloured up these cuties with Nuvo Watercolour Pencils and layered them around the chipboard frame, coloured with glitter markers, and balloon brads from the Add-On bundle for a festive and fun-tastic effect!!
