The stamp set we are 'peeking' for you today is from
artist Michelle Houghton
and it's called.....
Snowy Village!
These lovely holiday homes and village accessories are perfect to build wonderful winter scenes on your cards and scrapbook pages!
This is one of the projects I made live in the recent Kraftin' Kimmie Retreat! I stamped the houses with Granite Grey Ink and coloured with Zebra Clickart Markers to match the paper from the Paige Evans Sugarplum Wishes collection. I love the accessory stamps included in this set!
I stamped the sentiments from this set using Ocean Opulence and Festive Fuschia.
I used the Let It Snow stencil for the background of the card, creating the perfect snowy backdrop, using Ocean Opulence and Precious Pink Inks.
I coloured up one of the adorable penguins from last month's It's Penguining To Look A Lot Like Christmas stamp set and added it to the mechanism on this wiper card, which was also in the Retreat kits. When you pull the edges of the card the penguin pops up, and when you close it he hides!
I finished of the card with a few snowy details using a Liquid Applique marker and some cute penguin sequins!
