Kraftin’ Kimmie Stamps Saturday Challenge #634 - Summer!

This week, Krafty Girl Jasmin is your hostess and her challenge theme for you is: 

Summer!

I'm sharing a sweet summer mixed media card using the adorable Turtley Awesome Stamp Set and She Sells Sea Shells Stencil! I sprayed my background with some ink sprays on watercolour paper and then sponged some shiny Inka Gold medium over the stencil for a pretty effect!

I coloured in this sweet turtle and her pink floatie and fun beach ball with Copics and layered them onto a circle die that is sponged with Blue Bay and Pretty In Pink inks. I added on the bubble diecuts and a few more accessory images from the Turtley Awesome set along with a fun, punny sentiment stamped with Sandy Shores Ink.

Each and every Saturday we post a brand new challenge for the week and you are welcome to enter as many times as you like.

These must be new creations and you are welcome to use any stamp, however, using Kraftin' Kimmie Stamp products will earn you double entries!

The monthly prize is a $25 voucher to the Krafty shop!!!

Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps May New Release Hop & Shop!

WooHoo!

Today we are celebrating all the new fabulous goodies in our May Release that are NOW available in the

 Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Shop!

All FOUR of our new stamp sets, plus two new stencils and a new hybrid ink colour were released yesterday along with our exclusive

and we're excited to share it ALL with you in a fabulous krafty HOP!

For today's hop I'm sharing a slimline card using the beautiful SYMPATHY SENTIMENTS! set. I just love that you can extend the border as long as you want with this stamp!

I diecut a panel from watercolour paper and used Mildliner markers to watercolour in the flowers. 

I added a thoughtful sentiment heat embossed with white embossing powder and accented the card with tiny butterfly sequins.

Kraftin’ Kimmie Stamps May Krafty Peeks... Day FOUR! Sympathy Sentiments! Plus A Challenge!

 Today is our final day of Krafty Peeks for the May Release 

 at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

We are so excited to share a beautiful set

SYMPATHY SENTIMENTS!   

This gorgeous flower set is perfect for thinking of you, sympathy and adding floral touches to your projects! The flower border is easily extendible to the exact size you want!

I started off by sponging a large hexagon shape on a square background with our Luscious Lemon ink and the New HAPPY HEXAGON stencil. This stencil comes with the inside masks and is great for so many techniques! 

I heat embossed the beautiful hydrangea and coloured it in by inking the flowers with the New BLUE BAY ink. I used some Mica Minerals to add some shimmer to the top of the flower and popped it up with foam dots.

I added one of the beautiful sentiments to a label and tucked in some ephemera leaves. The background paper is from the 6x6 paper pad included in the ADD-ON BUNDLE. I finished off the card with a few pretty gems!

Kraftin’ Kimmie Stamps May Krafty Peeks… Day THREE! Farm Friends!

Today is our third day of Krafty Peeks for the May Release

 at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

 

Today we are 'peeking' a super sweet set 

from artist Neda Sadreddin

 and it's called.....

FARM FRIENDS!

These adorably cute barnyard friends coordinate with yesterday's awesome Our Farm set for a whole stable-full of cuteness!!

I had the perfect photos to go along with these adorable stamps, so I decided to create a scrapbook layout and use the images as embellishments!

I coloured up these cute farmyard buddies with Copics and added some white gel pen highlights before adding them to various areas of the page. 

The ephemera pack from the ADD-ON BUNDLE comes with so many awesome images! I used some paper I had in the 12x12 size from the Carta Bella Farmhouse Living Collection, as well as from the 6x6 paper pad, which you receive in your ADD-ON BUNDLE. It's such a fantastic line!

I love that I had a photo of my daughter and the goat- obviously perfect to add the sentiment stamped with the New BLUE BAY ink. If you look on the edge of the layout you'll see the New CRAZY COW stencil peeking out, again with, the new ink! I coloured the girl from yesterday's OUR FARM stamp set, which matches the scene perfectly and placed her on the page too! 

I added in a title card cut from the paper and popped up a banner again from the ephemera pack. I finished it off with some Nuvo Crystal Glaze for a glossy effect on the animals eyes!

May Krafty Peeks Day TWO! Our Farm!

 Welcome back to Day TWO of our May Krafty Peeks!

Are you excited about what you've seen so far!?  Are you ready for more?

This absolutely adorable set is in keeping with our barnyard theme so far and features Neda's sweet style and extraordinary accessory images!

This is a sweet card I shared during our last Krafty Retreat! If you've ever wondered about joining in on one, let me tell you they are so much fun!! Of course you get to hang out with the kraftiest peeps around, plus you get krafty goodies and then you get a ton of amazing classes, both live and bonus! So, if you did take part in this class, you'll find a downloadable PDF with full instructions to create this sweet card in the private Facebook Group. 

I coloured in this sweet girl image from the lovely OUR FARM Stamp Set using Copic Markers. I love colouring images with clothing - I think there are so many possibilities!! I matched her clothes to the papers from the retreat kit and added some white gel pen highlights. 

I added clouds in the sky and used the Beautiful Burlap Stencil with Krafty Kolours Inks to create a green field behind the little farmgirl. A white embossed sentiment finished off this mini slimline!

Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps May Krafty Peeks - Day ONE! A Krafty Komeback - Down On The Farm!

Who's ready for lots of brand new Krafty goodies?!

It's time for our May Release Peeks to begin 

at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

Today's featured set is a Krafty Komeback set

Lucas and Lexi are back and they are on the farm with the most adorable animal friends and fabulous punny sentiments!!

I just love the sweet farm accessories in this month's ADD ON BUNDLE!! I'm using the cute Red Barn Doodlepop 3D Sticker, one of the ephemera pieces and some of the paper to create a little scene for Lucas and his cute little piggie! 

I used the New BLUE BAY ink along with the New CRAZY COW Stencil to create a cow print background, that looks almost like a cool cloud pattern! 

I coloured up Lucas with Copic markers and added white gel pen highlights before popping him up with foam dots on the background. I even diecut a little picket fence behind him!

Inside, I stamped one of the fabulous punny sentiments, inside a crazy cow print stencilled design for a fun surprise!
