Emerald Creek Unboxing & Swatching Embossing Powders!

Hi there friends. I hope your week is going great! We had a beautiful spring day today and you could tell everyone really needed it. It's amazing how happy people become when the sun is shining and the temps are warm! I'm back today to share some exciting news in case you hadn't already heard - I'm so excited to have joined the Emerald Creek Design Team. Emerald Creek Craft Supplies is a Canadian owned business (in the same city as me!!) that sells amazing embossing powders, stamps, metal charms and more. They recently collaborated with Seth Apter to release some awesome new embossing powders with some really cool properties - which I cannot wait to play with! I received an amazing box of goodies from Kim, the owner, and just had to share them with you.

The stamps are wonderful quality, and these have a cling backing with a red rubber stamp that gives a fantastic stamped image.

The charms and brads are beautiful - ready to use as is or easily altered with embossing powders and other mediums.

The powders are the star of the show! Be sure to watch the video below to get a close up of the gorgeous colours in these powders. When they melt and blend together they are simply amazing!

I combined the powders Kim sent me with the stash I already had and created these swatches using cardstock cut to an ATC size so I can store them in baseball card protectors for easy reference.
