Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps - Saturday Challenge #647 - Back To Nature!

This week, Krafty Girl I am your hostess and my challenge theme for you is: 

BACK TO NATURE!

Think trees, flowers, clouds.. anything you'd find outside!

This cute little froggy from the Pond Pals Stamp Set is having so much fun hanging out in his pond making music!! I coloured up the frog, lily pad and fireflies with Nuvo Alcohol Markers and popped them up on a background ink blended with Alluring Amethyst, Stormy Sky, Tranquil Teal Krafty Kolour Inks.

I added stencilled music notes with the Musical Melodies Stencil, which is back in stock, using Nuvo Glitter Paste in Nebulosity Black and sponged on Luscious Lemon Ink around a circle diecut! I added some sparkly splatters in the background, gems and musical note brads to finish off the card! 

Each and every Saturday we post a brand new challenge for the week and you are welcome to enter as many times as you like.

These must be new creations and you are welcome to use any stamp, however, using Kraftin' Kimmie Stamp products will earn you double entries!

49 and Market Viken Album!

 Hello friends! I'm back today with a look at the completed album we started to put together in the weekly Scrap Shotz Facebook Live  last week. You can check out the Facebook Live Replay below as well as a completed flip through on YouTube at the bottom! You'll find the 49 and Market Quad Folio, Waterfall Set and ARToptions Viken Collection in the Scrap Shotz Store, along with the Spellbinders Tufted 3D embossing folder and Tonic Pearlescent Cardstock. I also used Lavinia, A Colorful Life and Tim Holtz Stencils, Prize Ribbon Distress Oxide Ink, Midnight Snack Lunar Paste and the Limited Edition Tim Holtz Mica Stains!

Here is a look at the Facebook Live Replay where we put together the Waterfall Pages and some of the Album! 

I used Rub-ons to create dimensional elements by adding them to white cardstock and fussy cutting, as well as cutting out the cut-apart sheet included in the 6x8 paper pack.

The Rub-ons look beautiful added directly to the spine, with a chipboard label.

I added the Mica Stain Sprays by both spraying through the stencils and then turning them over for a negative effect. They are so shiny!

As you open the Quad Folio you'll find areas to embellish, perfect to add the Waterfall pages.

We put the waterfall set together in the Facebook Live, so be sure to check that out! The Spellbinders Tufted 3D folder and Tonic Pearlescent Cardstock looks like a quilted effect on the edges of the album!

There are magnets included in the Waterfall set so the top flap stays closed. 

I added layers of Rub-ons, paper and chipboard and then added chipboard and Rub-on sentiments throughout the waterfall pages. I used Midnight Snack Lunar Paste with a sponge through a stencil on the flaps.

I sponged the edges of the 6x8 paper with Prize Ribbon Distress Oxide Ink.

There are 3 waterfall sets included in the pack - two small and one large. 

The large waterfall fits the whole page and fits larger photos perfectly!

I used some elements from the cut apart page included in the 6x8 paper pack and added a Rub-on sentiment directly onto the page.

On the back I added some stenciling with the Tim Holtz focus stencil and the Mica Stain Spray. There is a magnetic closure that keeps the album flap closed.

Kraftin’ Kimmie Stamps August New Release! Hop & Shop!

 Woohoo!!!

Today we are celebrating all the new fabulous goodies in our August Release that are NOW available in the

 Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Shop!

All FOUR of our new stamp sets, plus two new stencils and a new hybrid ink colour

and we're excited to share it ALL with you in a fabulous krafty HOP!

I'm sharing a tag I created for the Krafty Halloween Retreat we did last month. If you haven't been a part of one of Kim's retreats, you might just want to check them out!! We have a great time in a private group with the Design Team and customers who are signed up! For this last retreat there were 16 Live or PreRecorded video classes to craft along with, with coloring tutorials and lots of tips and tricks!!

I coloured the bats from BEWITCHED! with Copics and layered them on an inked tag using the new 2 layer PUMPKIN PATCH Stencil, which I love! I added in some of the solid bats and stars from the set and then used MONSTER SENTIMENTS! to stamp a fun batty sentiment in the middle of the card! I finished off the fun tag with an inked jack-o-lantern chipboard, from the August ADD ON BUNDLE!

Kraftin’ Kimmie Stamps August Krafty Peeks Day FOUR! Little Monsters! Plus a Challenge!

 Today is our final day of Krafty Peeks for the August Release 

 at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

LITTLE MONSTERS!

This adorably cute and not too scary set has so many creepy characters ready for Halloween fun! They have lots of accessory images and pair perfectly with the MONSTER SENTIMENTS set from Day ONE!

I coloured these adorable ghouls up with Zebra Pen Mildliners and created a fun scene using pop up platform dies!

The card will close up and mail in an envelope and then pop up for a 3d effect!

I used the New 2 piece Pumpkin Patch layering stencil for the area behind the monsters and added a sentiment stamped with the Monster Sentiments set. 

The Halloween tape has lots of great sentiments you can cut and use as needed! It is from this month’s  Add-on bundle along with the super cool chipboard, which you’ll notice on the front of the box coloured with Nuvo Glitter Markers! I had fun adding some of the cute accessory stamps too!

Kraftin’ Kimmie Stamps August Krafty Peeks Day THREE! Purr-fect Halloween!

 Today is our third day of Krafty Peeks for the August Release

 at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

Today we are 'peeking' a super adorable set 

from artist Becky Pearce

 and it's called.....

PURR-FECT HALLOWEEN!

These sweet kittens are ready to get into some Halloween mischief! The accessory stamps and sentiments are so fabulous!

These adorable kittens can be used throughout the year, but of course their Halloween accessories make them purr-fect for this time of year! I watercoloured them up with Zebra Mildliner pens in various colours. The great thing about little kitties is how many fun ways you can colour them!

I created a stencilled background with the New Layered Pumpkin Patch Stencil and Krafty Kolours Inks, adding a darker shade of orange and green for shading in several areas.

I added in items from the fabulous Add-On Bundle, including the Halloween Tape, Enamel Sprinkle Dots and chipboard bats and a hat, which I coloured with the New Alluring Amethyst Ink.

Kraftin’ Kimmie Stamps August Krafty Peeks Day TWO! Bewitched!

Welcome back to Day TWO of our August Krafty Peeks!

Are you excited about what you've seen so far!?  Are you ready for more?

I hope your answer was yes because we've got more fabulous fun for you today!

The stamp set we are 'peeking' for you today is from 

artist Sabrina van Vlotten

 and it's called.....

BEWITCHED!

This set is full of amazing witches, wizards and friendly bats along with cool silhouette stamps, perfect for backgrounds, planners and more! Of course the fabulous MONSTER SENTIMENTS set peeked yesterday will be the perfect compliment!

I coloured up the sweet witch on a broom and her bat friend with Zebra Clickart Markers and put her on a background created with mists using the Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Reinkers! I love the Wicked Without Coffee sentiment from the Monster Sentiments Set peeked yesterday and couldn't help using it with the fun coffee cup from Coffee & Chocolate stamp set, which I paper pieced with fun Halloween paper and used a corrugated embossing folder for the cup holder.

There are great accessory stamps in the Bewitched Stamp Set, and I stamped some stars and embossed some bats on the misted background.

I added a 31 from the Halloween Tape and some moon and star enamel stickers, both from this month's Add-On Bundle!
