I wanted to make my card into a Valentine with this sweet sentiment, so I paired it with this New Lots Of Love Stencil and the adorable New Stinkin' Cute Stamp Set! 

I blended the New Bashful Blush Krafty Kolours Ink with our Party Peach Ink for a pretty ombre effect! I love how these inks blend together and create a beautiful pinky orange in the middle! I added the awesome Avery Elle Clear Shimmer Spray from the January Add-On Bundle, which in real life has an amazing glimmery effect to it! You can also see some of the paper from the Bundle peeking out in the larger oval on my card. You can use this awesome Stamp Of The Month on it's own or with so many other sets as a cool accessory!! And I can't be the only one humming that Anne Murray song lol!

Valentine Colour Palette

I’m sharing a Beary Cute Valentine card using the adorable Buddy Bear Stamp Set! I watercoloured the cute bear in a wagon with Zebra Mildliner markers and added lots of pink & red elements.

I diecut a background design from some pretty Valentine paper from my stash and added a little cut apart journaling card element- the perfect spot to add a Beary Special message with Krafty Kolours Ink!

I added a chipboard heart from the January Add-On Bundle, covered with pink Ink and some glittery drops to add shimmer! I added some Tonic Nuvo Crystal Glaze to the heart banner for even more shine and dimension. 

Inside I used a sentiment from Love Story Sentiments! 

Each and every Saturday we post a brand new challenge for the week and you are welcome to enter as many times as you like.

These must be new creations and you are welcome to use any stamp, however, using Kraftin' Kimmie Stamp products will earn you double entries!

Kraftin’ Kimmie Stamps January New Release Hop & Shop!

 Woohoo!!!

Today we are celebrating all the new fabulous goodies in our January Release that are NOW available in the

 Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Shop! 

All THREE of our new stamp sets, plus two new stencils and a new hybrid ink colour were released yesterday along with our exclusive 

ADD-ON BUNDLE, 

and we're excited to share it ALL with you in a fabulous krafty HOP!

This is such a fun release!! It was so hard to decide what I wanted to use to share with you today! I love all the awesome sentiments included in the MY TYPE Stamp Set, so I decided to start there! I thought this card would be great for someone who was starting something new... with a reminder that it's always a good idea to relax with a delicious cup of coffee first! 😉 

I stencilled the background with the New LOTS OF LOVE Stencil and BASHFUL BLUSH Ink and sprayed with the Avery Elle Glimmer Spray from the ADD ON BUNDLE! It is sooo pretty and shimmery! This is such a soft, pretty pink ink!! The cup from the COFFEE AND CHOCOLATE! set is stamped with Totally Taupe Ink and watercoloured with Zebra Mildliners for a no-line colouring effect. 

I heat embossed the sentiments with some black sparkly embossing powder as well as the chipboard heart from the January ADD ON BUNDLE. The paper from MY TYPE is stamped on vellum for a transparent effect. Lastly I layered the background and images over some of the Simple Stories paper included in the ADD ON BUNDLE and added three Krafty Dots!

Kraftin’ Kimmie Stamps January Krafty Peeks... Day TWO! My Type!

  Welcome back to Day TWO of our January Krafty Peeks!

Are you excited about what you've seen so far!?  Are you ready for more?

I hope your answer was yes because we've got more fabulous fun for you today!

The stamp set we are 'peeking' for you today is from 

artist Melissa Baker-Nguyen

 and it's called.....

MY TYPE!

This clever set is so perfect for sending a note for so many different occasions! 

I started off by creating a background with the beautiful New heart stencil  LOTS OF LOVE and the New Bashful Blush Ink along with Crisp Crimson and Precious Pink for an ombre effect. 

I coloured up this snazzy typewriter with Copics and stamped on one of the greetings using the New Bashful Blush Ink. I didn't actually create a valentines card - though it would be adorable as one! I cut a desk diecut with my Cricut and popped out the drawers, adding brads as little pulls and a bit of Marvelous Mocha Ink around the edges. 

I added a chipboard heart and envelope (I added embossing powder on the envelope and ink with the glitter spray on the heart) from the ADD-ON BUNDLE to finish off the embellishing! 

Inside, I created a birthday sentiment using the paper stamp from the MY TYPE set and one of the sentiments and also adding in a birthday message from Party Time Sentiments! There are so many little add on stamps or sentiments you could decorate these pages with!!

This week, Krafty Girl Anna is your hostess and her challenge theme for you is: 

MORE THAN ONE FOLD!

I created a gatefold card which is an A2 size card, folded in 2 1/8" from each edge. Then, I cut three red strips of cardstock which are 4 1/4" wide to mat some pretty Valentines paper. When I adhered the red paper I glued the top and bottom to the right flap and the middle to the left flap. I used a piece of twine as a bow to keep the card closed . 

I stamped out images from the fabulous Happiness Is Homemade stamp set and watercoloured them with waterbased Zebra Clickart markers, matching the image colours to my papers.

I used the pretty Love Story Sentiment Stamp set to stamp out a sentiment on the front of the card with Krafty Kolours Ink... 

As well as the inside!

All You Need Is A Love and a Cat Valentine & a SALE!

Hello friends! I'm over on the Kraftin' Kimmie Blog today to share a sweet little kitty valentine using the super cute A Purr-fect Day Stamp Set. It's Inspirational Wednesday, so that means the featured stamp is 40% off for the next week!! I used my Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers to watercolour this mini slimline card. 

Inside, I used a coordinating piece of ephemera for my sentiment and stamped a cute little pawprint!

Wild Whisper Designs Floral Valentine Card!

 Hey friends! I'm so happy to share a card with you today from the Wild Whisper Blog! I love Valentines Day and there is something about red colours and love that just makes me happy! I started out with two new products from the Wild Whisper Shop - Nicole Wright's Birch Bark Stamp and Pam Bray's Carefree Paper Pack and carried on from there!!

I of course had to add foiling to Nicole's beautiful hand drawn designs and stamped that gorgeous love sentiment with the Back to Basics Brush Script and Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Krafty Kolours Inks.
