Hello friends! I'm over on the Wild Whisper Blog today sharing a MemoryDex card! It was inspired by the SCT MemoryDex 101 Class from Scrapbook & Cards Today. Week 4 is all about using stamping on your cards and I love all the ways to use the beautiful new Nicole Wright Designs Script & Ledger Stamps.  Hey friends! I'm so happy to share a card with you today from the Wild Whisper Blog! I love Valentines Day and there is something about red colours and love that just makes me happy! Merry Memories Layout with Wild Whisper!

 Hello friends! I'm sharing a Christmas layout today on the Wild Whisper Blog, and I'm excited to share the non-Christmas supplies I'm using ;) I love looking back on old photos and these ones where my two youngest were so little make my heart happy!! Mixed Media Fall Tag with Video! Watch now!

 Hello friends! I thought I would pop in to share the project I created Live on the Creative Scrapbooker Magazine Facebook Page yesterday! We made a mixed media fall tag with some new Wild Whisper goodies (don't forget to use the code DTKARLA to save 10% off at the Wild Whisper Shop 😉), Tim Holtz Distress Oxide Sprays and Inks, Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Krafty Kolours Inks and P13 paper!! 

You can follow the steps I used to make any mixed media tags - I'm definitely going to do these up for Christmas and Winter!! 

I even used up the extra ink spray to colour coordinate a seam binding ribbon and a separate tag that we used for diecuts and stamping!

Foiling Scrapbook Paper from Wild Whisper!!

Hey there friends! I hope you've had a really awesome week! I'm super excited today to be on the Wild Whisper Blog with a very exciting foiling technique!! I decided to try running some of Nicole Wright Designs Fanciful Floral Papers through the laminator with some DecoFoil - and what do you know... it worked!! I wasn't planning on making a video, but this was too cool not to share - so be sure to check out the closeup details on the Thanks card I made and some of the other samples from the paper pack I played around with. Here's a look at the pretty foiled Thank You card I ended up with. I even used some Dina Wakley Gloss Spray Paint to add some fun pops of colour on my inked background.

Fancy Floral Watercolour Card!

Hello! I hope you're all doing well. I'm over on the Wild Whisper Blog today with a beautiful watercoloured card that looks like it was a lot more work than it actually was - due to the beautiful mixed media papers from the Fanciful Florals Collection by Nicole Wright! She has again come up with a gorgeous collection, and this time she has handdrawn florals on the back of each paper - so beautiful!! I used some Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers to watercolour the fussy cut florals and coordinated them with this pretty paper - and even incorporated an embossed background created with her stencil! You'll definitely going to want to check out the Blog for details!

New Media Assemblage Home Decor with Video!

Hello friends! I'm over on the Wild Whisper Blog today with a look at the NEW Media Assemblage Line by Nicole Wright Designs and Wild Whisper - and it's gorgeous! As soon as I saw it I knew I had to frame some of this, and I love how it turned out!!

I used some dollar store frames and inserted the beautiful papers. Then, I cut some of the fabulous cut files available in the Wild Whisper shop with my Cricut Maker and Cricut Adhesive Foil, applying them directly to the glass surface. Wouldn't these make wonderful gifts?!!

I also took three cardboard magazine holders and covered the back of them with another one of the awesome papers, adding in some ephemera and sequins from the Strength of the Season and Masculine collection.
