Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps August New Release Sneak Peeks - Day 3 Owl-chemy & Saturday Challenge!

Who's ready for more MAGIC??!! Are you lovin' what you've seen so far? Because we've got MORE! It's Day THREE day of August Krafty Peeks at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!! It's our FINAL day of peeks and everything you've seen us share this week will be in the online shop this afternoon!

We are closing out the festivities with another very MAGICAL set from artist Sabrina van Vloten called.... OWL-CHEMY! We're so excited to share this fabulous set with you-hooo!  So many gorgeous designs featuring our feathered friends, plus accessory stamps and fun sentiment sets!

Of course, today is also Challenge Day and as always, during release week the theme is Anything Goes! So create a card, scrapbook page, altered item.....with a Kraftin' Kimmie Stamp!  Use any sketch, design, colour scheme you want! We can't wait to see your creations, and you have until next Friday night to play along!  Feel free to link up your submission on the Kraftin' Kimmie Blog and/or by uploading your pic to the folder in our Krafty Friends facebook group!  You could WIN a $25 gift voucher to the krafty shop!

You'll get to see all sorts of sweet creations featuring OWL-CHEMY as you hop around the Krafty Team blogs today!  PLUS you'll see some of the other goodies in action....like our new stencils, new ink and new Krafty Dots! I decided to create a wonderful Halloween box card using my Cricut Maker and a Box Card in Design Space (#M504CC66), which is included in Cricut Access. These are fun because they open up to create a 3D scene, but fold closed to fit into an envelope for mailing! If you don't have an electronic cutting machine there are lots of tutorials on-line too!

I stamped all my images with Totally Taupe Ink for a no-line effect and coloured them in with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers. I layered them to fit on the inserts so that they appear staggered - there are so many fun images and accessories that this set is perfect to create awesome scenes with!

I used the tiny star included in the set to stamp inside some of the circles on the Simple Stories Say Cheese Halloween paper I used. I love the books from the stamp set - you can lay them flat or stand them up! Super cool!

I stamped the spooky sentiment in our NEW TEMPTING TANGERINE Ink and added more of the tiny stamps included - how cool would these be to create your own patterned paper!!
