Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps February Krafty Peeks Day FOUR! Funny Fishes and a Challenge!

  Today is our final day of Krafty Peeks for the February Release

 at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

We are absolutely thrilled to be introducing

a hilariously cute set by Allison Cope...

FUNNY FISHES!!

These adorable fishies will have everyone smiling at their adventures! You'll also find lots of awesome accessories in this set!!

I decided to create an interactive card with a spot to hide a tag - right inside the awesome fishbowl that is included in this set!! I used the new AQUA ADVENTURE Ink and the Rocky Road Stencil that came out in January to create a watery effect inside the bowl. I used all kinds of fun accessory stamps in this set to add in the rocks, leaves and bubbles. The leaves in the ADD-ON BUNDLE Chipboard set were perfect to add to this, embossed with Ranger Verdigris embossing powder for a fun mottled effect. I coloured the fish in with Copics and added white dot highlights, and I even used one of the Chipboard cupcakes for even more birthday 'fishes' ;)!

Here's a look at that fun tag! I used a sentiment from the set as well as more Krafty Kolour Inks and the Pattern Parade Stencil to decorate it. I even customized my ribbon to match by using seam binding ribbon and rubbing the Krafty Kolour Ink Pads directly on the ribbon. I sprayed it with a little rubbing alcohol to blend the ink and crinkled it up to dry. In the background I used both the BAKING BONANZA and SMOKIN' SQUARES stencils to create a masked background design. I thought fun cupcakes would be perfect since this is a birthday card after all!! I clipped off the button shank from one of the fish buttons included in the ADD-ON BUNDLE and applied it directly to my tag. A few Krafty Dots and some faux stitching from the Pattern Parade Stencil again finish off the card!
