FCCB #305 - Birthdays!

Happy Monday and welcome to another Monday challenge!

Challenge #305-Birthdays
Make a project about anything to do with birthdays.

And the prize is-

To qualify for the prize, be sure to use at least 1 Cricut cut on your project and if it's not obvious, let us know what cartridge you used. If you use a Cricut Explore machine, at least one cut must be from the Cricut catalog of images. If it isn't a card, you will get two entries into the drawing!

For my card this week I've created this fun birthday card using the adorable Phoebe With Her Wagon stamp set by Your Next Stamp and diecuts from three different Cricut cartridges in Design Space.

I coloured in Phoebe and her cute accessories using Prismacolor and Hobby Colour Markers, which are alcohol based and layered them on an older CTMH patterned paper. I used the scalloped circle from the Gypsy Wanderings cartridge from my 'gypsy' days ;) as a frame and stamped the cute stars from the YNS stamp set around the edge. I love stamping with Distress Oxide Inks! It gives such a nice full coverage.

I cut the Eat Cake diecut from the CTMH Artistry cartridge and offset it a little bit from the bottom layer to give a little extra dimension. I stamped a little paw print and added some pretty sequins from SpiegelMom Scraps.

Inside, I stamped a birthday greeting on a diecut that came from the center of a rectangular frame from the CTMH Art Philosophy cartridge, added a few more sequins and another yummy cake!

Thanks so much for stopping by today! Be sure to check out all the other awesome projects our Design Team has come up with for you on the Fantabulous Cricut Challenge Blog, and enter your own for a chance to win some of that gorgeous ribbon from our amazing sponsor D.L. Art!
