Watercolour Gift Card and Bag Set!
Hello my friends! I'm so happy to be over on the Wild Whisper Designs blog today to share a card and gift bag set using the beautiful new Pam Bray - Watercolor 12x12 Paper Pack, Floral 4x6 Stamp Set and Pine Dreams Embossing Powder from the Wild Whisper Shop. This was such a fun gift set to create! I love watercolouring with my Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers, so I started out by using them to colour in the flowers from the stamp set, matching the colours to the lovely Watercolor Papers which are designed by the sweet and talented Pam Bray together with Wild Whisper. I used the DIY Gift Bag Cricut Pattern in Design Space to quickly diecut the gift bag - I love that I was able to showcase both sides of the 12x12 paper with the fold over edge design! I even pulled out my We R Memory Keepers Foil Quill to add a quick Enjoy sentiment to the matching gift tag.

Canvas Corp Brands Creative Crew Challenge - Think Pink!
Hello! I sure hope you've had an awesome week 💗 Mine was great, but flew by so fast! Today I'm sharing a pretty gift bag for my daughter's teacher. Her birthday was today and Amie, who is 11, just adores her. She's had an amazing school year so far - isn't that awesome when that happens?!! Amie even went in early with some class mates to decorate the classroom and the teacher was so surprised and thought it was very sweet. This gift bag goes along with our Pink Theme for our Crew Challenge this month on the Canvas Corp Brands Creative Studio blog in support of Breast Cancer Awareness.

I fussy cut a lovely tea pot from
the printed Bags and Beans Canvas sheet and painted it with the Tattered
Angels Mists. I then added some French knot embroidery stitches and glued it
down with tacky glue. I used the Tattered Angels Mists on a piece of plastic
packaging to add a ‘smooshed’ effect to the canvas bag as well as the Happy
Birthday tag and then used the Mists again to colour the seam binding ribbon
to match.
|
I was able to stamp directly onto the white
paper mini bag using Archival ink and a fabulous coffee stamp from Emerald Creek Craft Supplies, designed by Pam Bray. I then used the Tattered Angels Mists and
paints to add colour to the image. The bag is the perfect size to slip a gift
card into.
|
I tucked the decorated mini bag
into the tiny tote and added a happy birthday tag for a very special gift
card presentation. A few sparkly SpiegelMom Scraps sequins and a pretty pink handmade flower from Little Birdie Crafts finish it off.

SpiegelMom Scraps - Gift Bag, Shaker Tag & Card Set!
Hi friends! I'm over at the SpiegelMom Scraps blog today sharing a gift set that features an adorable purse made out of a 12x12 piece of patterned cardstock along with a coordinating shaker tag and a card - just perfect for someone sweet! Our theme this month is tools, and I grabbed a lot of fun tools to add neat elements to my projects. The purse was so fun and easy to do using this step by step video HERE. Then, I added a sweet shaker tag with an eyelet - remember those 😉?!!
With the coordinating paper I made a Christmas card to go with the set, and I can't wait to share this with someone for a holiday gift!

Easter Greetings!
Happy Saturday! I've got a bright Easter treat bag and tag as well as a few more cards to share with you before Easter. These sweet digital stamp images from Pretty Cute Stamps were so fun to work with I ended up making lots of fun projects this week. Just check the last few days for more ideas on how to use the new March release stamps!
I always make a special treat bag up for my niece, Sydney, for Easter, and of course I wanted to decorate it! I took a gift bag and layered some papers on it before adding some images from the EGGSellent digi stamp set. Adding some foam dots on different areas always adds some interest.
I've been playing with my Distress Oxide Inks lately and had this tag in my stash just waiting for the right project! I used a stencil, adding some purple dots and used a bit of washi tape on the bottom before layering a sentiment from the digi set. Some pretty sequins from SpiegelMom Scraps added sparkle to both my tag and bag. I absolutely love the little mini flowers <3
Next up, I made these three cards for my youngest daughter, Erica's, preschool teachers using the EGGSellent digi stamp set and colouring with Prismacolor and Hobby Colour Markers.
I used PicMonkey to layer the eggs, add the cracks and even colour the sentiment before printing them on a lightweight white cardstock.
I had some pretty Easter coloured papers in my stash and combined them to create a pretty card front. A few foam dots pop up different elements on the cards.
Inside, I used sentiments from the Pretty Cute Stamps Chocolate Bunny and Easter Blessings digi stamp sets. I print them all out of white cardstock at once and cut them out individually before using some Distress Inks to add some shading.
The last project I used the EGGSellent digi stamp set on was these quick and easy cards for some little family friends. Some pretty sequins from SpiegelMom Scraps adds a bit of bling! Aren't these colours beautiful?!!
I opened up a Project Life card (from the PL app on my phone that I had previously saved) in PicMonkey and then added the digital images from the Pretty Cute Stamps sets. By choosing the PNG version of each sentiment and image I was able to layer them, similar to a masking technique with traditional stamping. It really is very easy and fun! I changed the colour of the sentiments as well. When the stamps were layered as I wanted I printed them out, four to a page on white printer paper and glued them to my card bases.
Here's a look at the finished cards, with sequins and a bit of colour using coloured pencils on the bows.
Thanks so much for stopping by today! Wishing you a very Happy Easter!!
