I'm using the adorable Friends With Pep digital stamps from Kindred Stamps and the Carta Bella Family Night collection to make a fun card with a vintage vibe! My daughter loves Archie comics and as soon as she saw these guys she wanted me to make something with them. This set comes in a very easy to print PDF with all the characters and a bunch of sentiments.

Hello sweet friends! It's a strange time we're in, and even though there are more stressful things than we can even begin to count, I'm struck by the importance to how we need to show caring to others to get through this. Whether it's a phone call, a text, a smile across the street, I think it makes a difference. When I saw this sweet digi - Sending Hugs digital stamp from the Gerda Steiner Designs Shop I loved the idea of sending out a card to someone special to let them know I'm thinking of them. And how awesome that it's FREE! I used some pretty Simple Stories Papers from the new I Am collection that were included with my March SCT Sampler along with Hello Bluebird & Sizzix dies.

Hey there friends! I'm so happy to be back today to share a card I'm showcasing on the Gerda Steiner Designs Blog using the super cute Penguin Mom and Baby digital stamp in the Gerda Steiner Designs Shop! I sent this to a friend for her birthday, but I think you could just as easily send out some adorable Mother's Day Cards with these cuties! I actually took the time to send 3 cards out this week, and even though it was a small thing it had a dual purpose - I thoroughly enjoyed making and then it made me happy to do something nice for someone else. I think I'll be sending out a lot more cards while we are all in self-isolation to just connect and bring a little joy to others.
I created a fun fold, which is completely explained on the Gerda Steiner Designs Blog, but this is a look at the inside of the card when it's opened up. I simply typed a sentiment on my computer and printed it out before diecutting.

Hello friends! Well it is crazy here with all the corona virus closures - my girls have already decided to start homeschooling and have found workbooks in various places from around the house. I have a feeling we'll be doing a lot of crafting over the next few months! It was fun to pull out these photos from our Family Day long weekend in February. Looking back I'm so glad we got to go to the local Devonian Gardens, and I can't help wondering what the next few months will bring. I'm sure I'll be pulling out photos with my girls and scrapbooking them to focus on happy memories, and we will definitely be working hard to keep things positive and use this time off as a time to grow and learn new skills. I'm over on the Scrap Shotz Blog today with this double page layout using the beautiful Prima Capri Collection. I felt like it was the perfect paper and embellishments to use with these photos that have lots of greenery in them!
I decided to use the sketches from the SCT 365 2020 Online Class using the March double page layout sketch as inspiration. You can see my process putting this page together in the video below.
I love the various puffy, wood, floral and gem embellishments in this collection! I even used a Paige Evans Cutfile to diecut the butterflies with my Cricut and added them to the page.

WOOHOO! Today we are celebrating all the new PARTY TIME goodies that will be available on Sunday at noon EST from our MARCH Release at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps! For my card I'm using the adorable NEW Party Piggies Stamp Set and combining it with the NEW Party Time Sentiments Set to create a fun card ready to send special birthday wishes!
I stamped this cutie and the balloons with Wicked Black Krafty Kolours Ink and coloured with Copic Markers. The balloons from the Party Time Sentiments Set are just perfect to add to any sweet character! I also love the accessories included in the Party Piggies Set - such as this fun sparkler! I decided to give this guy sprinkled vanilla icing on chocolate cake, but just imagine the yummy possibilities!
I used some fun Pebbles Happy Hooray Paper and embossed the Confetti Stencil over some bright striped paper - adding in a couple cute sentiments and gold embossing the stars from the set. The Party Time Krafty Dots are in nice bright colours and add to the festive feel.
Inside, I lightly stenciled the NEW Confetti Stencil and stamped the Happy Birthday sentiment and solid balloons from the Party Time Sentiments set. Adding just a bit of orange coloured pencil to shade the balloons that I stamped with our NEW Morning Marigold Ink adds some fun dimension to the image!
Our brand NEW Stamp Sets include: PARTY TIME SENTIMENTS!, PARTY PIGGIES! and ZOODLES! We have a brand new Hybrid Ink colour in the large ink pad, mini cube and ink refill called MORNING MARIGOLD! We are continuing our party time COUNTDOWN today! It's Day THREE day of March Krafty Peeks at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!! It's our FINAL day of peeks and everything you've seen us share this week will be in the online shop on Sunday morning! Check out these incredibly fun animals! Go bananas and make a WILD creation! There are FIVE fabulous animal images plus amazing sentiment stamps!
I decided to make a fun birthday card with the monkey and alligator images! I coloured them using Copic Markers and found some fun birthday themed papers and puffy stickers from Pebbles! I used some gold Nuvo glitter paste to add a neat shiny banner using the NEW Banner Stencil, which is super cool! I also love that you can easily add a longer vine to the image by extending the lines. I simply drew it in with a black Smash Pen that was in my stash.
I used all the inks listed above inside the card to mix and match the NEW Party Time Sentiments Stamps and Zoodles Set to create a fun message! I even shaded the balloons with a bit of coloured pencil to add some extra detail. This card is ready to make someone very happy on their birthday!

Welcome back Krafty friends! Did you enjoy yesterday's previews?? How awesome all the amazing new goodies?? We are back with more inky goodness for our MARCH 2020 release for Kraftin' Kimmie Stampsand today we are continuing the birthday bash with a set of real party animals.... by artist Sabrina van Vloten! It's called....PARTY PIGGIES!
These guys are ready to start quite the shindig! This stamp set is chock full of amazing images, tons of sentiments and adorable accessory stamps!
I decided to use lots of awesome images from the stamp sets to create two cute cards! I found some fun birthday party paper and coordinated the images and stencils to make a fabulous set of birthday cards. I stamped one of the birthday candle numbers for a special little man who'll be turning two soon! I think he's going to 'squeal' with delight when he sees this card! 🐷
I coloured in the images with Copic Markers after stamping with Wicked Black Ink and added white gel pen highlights. Some glitter paper adds even more bling and the NEW Party Time Krafty Dots are perfect to add another pop of excitment!
The Glossy Accents on the banners add neat dimension, and these little piggies look like they're having soooo much fun that now I'm totally craving cake! I made this card for my oldest daughter who'll be turning 32 later this month! As you can see these stamps are going to make both littles and bigs very happy.
I coloured up the party hats and gifts in lots of bright colours to match and stamped sentiments with Krafty Kolours Inks, which stamp beautifully and also allow you to work with Copics and Watercolour Mediums.
Inside the second card I used the triangular banner and another adorable sentiment!
