Thanks so much for joining us for the  2015  Release Blog Hop, where we are all sharing projects featuring the new stamps this month that are now available in the Pretty Cute Stamps Store.

If you came from Jessica's blog "Kissin' Krafts" you are in the right place. If you just stumbled across this post and would like to start from the beginning, please visit the Pretty Cute Stamps Blog

For my project for the hop, I've used the Cattitude stamp set to create a sweet little get well card! I just absolutely love this set!! I used the coordinating SVG cuts and stamped my sweet sleeping kitty on white cardstock along with his water bowl and ball of yarn. I used Prismacolor Markers to colour in my images and then stamped a fish stamp and paw print on a circle punched from white cardstock to create a hanging picture. Doesn't this living room look just the coziest?!!

I created the mat by using my Cricut Explore to cut two ovals. Then, I stencilled the pattern using a Tim Holtz stencil and Distress Ink. I popped my kitty up on top of the yarn and mat with foam dots.

I absolutely love how my TV turned out! I cut it in Design Space using the Nifty Fifty's Cricut Cartridge and then stamped the inside with one of the awesome sentiments from this Cattitude stamp set. A tiny paw print stamped with Antique Linen Distress Ink finished it off!

Here's a close up of this awesome set!!

Pretty Cute Stamps November Sneak Peeks!

Yay! It's Day 2 of release time for Pretty Cute Stamps, and I get to showcase the Fur Baby set from the November New Release stamp sets!! This is such a wonderful set full of sentiments that are perfect for so many occasions! And, if you do have a furry pet you are definitely going to love this!!

For this Christmas card I used the cute little paw prints in the Fur Baby set stamped with Antique Linen Distress Ink on the background of a Heidi Swapp journaling card. I layered the card on some Christmas lights paper in the "Jolly" paper pack by American Crafts and added a diecut string of lights. I love how they turned out after I coloured the white diecut with Prismacolor Markers!

I used the adorable kitty from the Cattitude set (you can see the new releases featuring this set on Day 1 at the Pretty Cute Stamps blog) holding a wreath cut with my Cricut and wearing a cute Santa hat from the Little Llama stamp set. I used Prismacolor Markers to colour in my kitty and hat and then added some white glittery Stickles to the brim and pompom.

Inside and on the bottom of my card I added two cute sentiments from the Fur Baby set along with some more paw prints and some snowflakes from the Little Llama set. Seriously, how could someone not smile seeing Meowy Christmas on their Christmas card?!!

Here's a look again at the front of the card and the back side of the envelope with another awesome sentiment!

And here's an awesome bonus freebie for you just for today!! This cute Winter Doggie cut file is available on the Day 2 blog post at the Pretty Cute Stamps blog. He'd be perfect to pair up with the awesome sentiments in this set!

I can't wait for you to see the full stamp set! Be sure to check back tomorrow for our blog hop, and you'll actually get to see everything that's included in these awesome sets along with a lot more inspiration!

BoBunny Whiteout Layout!

I was soooo excited to see the paper in this amazing 'Whiteout' BoBunny release! The package really just doesn't do it justice - when you look at and feel this paper though.... Oh my gosh! The glittery accents they added to it are gorgeous, and it's not all over, so it has a vintage, distressed feel. The paper is so nice and thick - I am loving it!

I immediately pulled out some older winter photos that I wanted to scrapbook and I knew the sketch from the Canadian Scrapbooker Magazine November Sketchy Challenge was going to work perfectly!

I used one of the journaling cards from the 12x12 cut apart sheet as my title - how perfect for this layout! and stamped some snowflakes around my page using different Distress Ink blues.

This cup was fussy cut from a sheet of mugs with awesome sayings on them and the tickets are on a 12x12 sheet too - I just cut the ones I wanted out.

I used a blue snowflake sticker from the sticker sheet that came in the paper pack on a tag cut from some of the paper and added another tag for my journaling.

Amie is in the 'silly face' phase, but I'm just going with it. I think you should scrapbook lots of photos whether they are professional quality or just those day to day real life ones!

Here's the sketch:

Lawn Fawn Coffee Thanks!

Well, I just had to combine my Lawn Fawn Love You A Latte stamps with the Basic Grey Highline paper I picked up recently to create a quick Thank You card!

I used one of the 3x4 journaling cards and the FRESH diecut that came with the Basic Grey ephemera pack. I stamped my Lawn Fawn stamps directly onto the card and coloured them with coloured pencils. I love all the different sentiments in this set!

To add some glossy shine I used my Sakura Gelly Roll Glaze pens on the stamped heart on the Fresh diecut as well as the coffee cup and beans. I like the clear Glaze pen to add some gloss when you don't want to wait for Glossy Accents to dry. The clear glitter pen added some shimmer to my sentiment.
On Saturday morning my wonderful hubby makes AeroPress coffee - it's simply amazing! I got to relax and read a Christmas magazine this morning while drinking my latte sprinkled with cinnamon :) Awesome!

Thanks so much for joining me today! Hope you're enjoying your weekend and a tea or coffee to relax with Sunday morning!

Christmas Cards with Heidi Swapp Journaling Cards!

Hi there! I hope you've all been having a lovely and a bit crafty week! I had a Christmas card swap recently that I needed to mail a set of 6 cards for and I wanted to create some cards that weren't too thick, so I decided to use a Heidi Swapp Believe paper pack that I've had for a little while. I just love this paper! I originally bought it to complete a mini album, but my poor little album is sitting in a drawer. For a while (a long time ;) I waited, thinking I'd come back to it, but then I decided this paper is just too pretty not to use!

I wanted to use the sketch over at Sweet Sunday Sketches so I used the cut apart sheet of 3x4 chalkboard-look journaling cards in the paper pack as the main element on my card. From there I cut a banner from the paper, which has glittery strips! and then cut a wreath and bow with my Cricut Explore.

Here's the inside - I love a top folding card!

Here's a look at all 6 of the cards!

Of course, between Joy To The World and Santa Baby Hurry Down the Chimney, I was definitely humming Christmas Tunes!

Thanks for joining me today! Are you getting some Christmas cards done up yet? I hope you're having fun, no matter what you're doing!

Krafty Christmas Tags!

Hi there! I'm sharing some tags on the Scrapendipity Way Of Life blog that I made recently using kraft cardstock. I always seem to forget how much I love to stamp on kraft and colour with coloured pencils! I'm doing a tag exchange with some friends and wanted some cute tags that weren't too bulky to send in the mail. I love how these turned out!

I used some new Pink and Main stamps - the Snow Globe set, along with an older Christmas set I had picked up at a garage sale last year. I love combining stamp sets and getting the most out of my stamps, and these small stamps were just the perfect size to use on some tags! I used Memento Lux Wedding Dress White Ink to stamp the snowflakes on the kraft tag. I really love the way this white ink stamps! For the snow I used a white Distress Marker to colour in a circular motion and add some bright white contrast. I even used some masking to add a cute penguin to a fun sled!

On the back of my tags I used a To and From stamp that I found in my stash! I'll be sure to keep these out for all my tags.

Here's a close up of this sweet Snow Globe stamp set:

Every month there is a new challenge going on at the Pink and Main blog and a chance to win some of their awesome stamps! That's how I was lucky enough to get this set :) This month the challenge is Thanks/Gratitude and you can use any stamps you have on hand.

Thanks so much for joining me today! I hope this inspires you to grab a few different stamp sets and see what works together. It's never too early to get started on some Christmas tags! I'll be back soon to share the adorable snow globes I made using these set!!

Scrapping Everyday Miracles - November Challenge!

Hi friends! I cannot believe it is November already! We had an awesome Halloween and the weather has been pretty good - and by that I mean we haven't had any big snow storms! I like November for getting ahead on any Christmas prep, but also feeling like I can do some non holiday related crafting without feeling like I should be doing Christmas stuff! Since we have already had Thanksgiving here in Canada that's not something I have to focus on either.

I wanted to scrap a couple pics of my youngest for this month's challenge on the Scrapping Everyday Miracles blog using the layout sketch and some cute pics I took of her this spring. Erica is such a tomboy, but when she does dress up you can see she makes it count!

I layered a piece of shiny black cardstock over some purple cardstock for a framed effect after adding some fun multicoloured stenciling using Ranger Texture Paste coloured with Distress Inks. It was so easy to mix the paste into some ink smooshed on my craft sheet!

I used some Kaisercraft stickers and paper diecuts to embellish my page with!

The #mygirl title is cut from an i heart studio file by Wilna Furstenberg. She has the most beautiful cut files!! I used my Cricut Explore and cut it out of watercolour paper. Then I used coordinating inks to match my stenciling and coloured the title. I just love how it turned out!

This was one of those pages that just came together so easily and I loved it immediately! I wish everything was that easy, lol! I'm sure the cute pics had something to do with it :0.

Here's the layout sketch this month:
