Handmade Junk Journal with Wild Whisper & We R Memory Keepers!

Hello! I can't believe it is Friday already!! I'm over on the Wild Whisper Blog today with a handmade junk journal using Pam Bray's new Sensations Collection and the We R Memory Keepers Book Binding Tool that I recently picked up. Let me tell you I'm definitely going to be getting lots of use from this tool! Pam's beautiful paper worked so well to create with, and I even made a little planner clip with one of her coordinating flair badges!

2nd sheet: 6 3/4" tall x 10" wide - score flap at 2" from right edge (pages will be 4"wide when folded in half after scoring)

3rd sheet: 7 1/4" tall x 8 wide

4th sheet: 4" tall x 8 wide

5th sheet: 6" tall x 12" wide - score flaps at 2 1/2" from each edge (pages will be 3 1/2" wide when folded in half after scoring)

Pen Pal Stationary!

Hello! Today I'm sharing an adorable way to bring a smile to a friend - maybe even a new friend! I'm over on the Gerda Steiner Designs Blog with this sweet Gerda Steiner Designs Pen Pal Bear digital stamp that I used to decorate some fun stationary for my new pen pal! I think she's going to like the paper and matching card - be sure to check out the blog for a closeup of both with a coordinating watermark feature! I had fun pairing the cute bear with some circle Sizzix diecuts I ordered from Amazon with a gift card my family gave me for Mother's Day! I love the layers 💛

Monster Birthday - Published in CS Magazine!!

Hello! I hope you all had a lovely weekend! We had a fantastic sunny day on Sunday and I felt like I actually took time to relax... a bit ;) I'm super excited to share a card with you today that just got published in the Summer 2020 issue of the Creative Scrapbooker Magazine! These two sweet monster digis worked perfectly together to send not-too-scary birthday wishes -  I Didn't Eat It Yet Birthday Monster and the Monster Holding Letter. I used them with some fun My Mind's Eye papers and coloured them with Copics in coordinating colours.

I finished up with a cute message that just matched too well to not use from the Mama Elephant birthday messages stamp set in my stash!

Indoor Adventure with Wild Whisper!

Hello!! I hope you're all doing well! I'm over on the Wild Whisper Blog with a fun layout using the fabulous NEW Adventure Collection to create a layout about my daughter going to a local play area when she was in Kindergarten. It's amazing how quickly the time passes!! I thought it would be fun to take some indoor pics and use them with the fun papers and sentiments. I cut the Indoor part of the title with my Cricut Maker using the Adventure paper. The May Creative Scrapbooker Sketch was perfect to pull it all together!

Kraftin’ Kimmie Stamps May New Release Hop!

Woot!  Woot! Today we are celebrating all the wonderful new things in our  MAY Release that are NOW AVAILABLE in the Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Shop!

All FOUR of our new stamp sets along with two new stencils, our stunning new hybrid ink colour, Summer Sunshine and sweet new krafty dots were released yesterday and we're excited to share everything with you in a fabulous blog hop! For my project for the hop I'm sharing a sweet card using the adorable NEW Fairy Village Stamp Set, which coordinates with last month's Fairy Folk Stamps!

I decided to use the sweet little teapot house for this card, using Copic Markers to colour in the images and the NEW SUMMER SUNBEAMS Stencil in the background. The NEW SUMMER SUNSHINE Ink combined with the Morning Marigold Ink creates a lovely, sunny background! I just love the little ivy leaves that wind around this cute teapot!

I added stones from the accessories in the Fairy Village stamp set to create a cute pathway and even added some grass using the Krafty Scenery 2 Stencil. The flower accessories create a lovely front yard. A bit of Glossy Accents on the fairy and butterfly wings and a few of the NEW RAINBOW BRIGHT Krafty Dots finish off the fun details on this card!

Kraftin’ Kimmie Stamps May New Release Sneak Peeks - Day 4 - Farm-tastic & Saturday Challenge!

It's our FINAL day of May Krafty Peeks at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!! Everything you've seen us share this week will be released this afternoon (Saturday) after our LIVE online party! All the new goodies will be available at 3pm EST!

We are closing out the festivities with a brand new adorable stamp set from artist Cheryl Grant called.... FARM-TASTIC! Here's the perfect new stamp set for the dudes in your life! Lucas and his four legged pal are out for some adventures together! There are two main images plus several coordinating sentiments. Stamp sets for guys are often hard to come by and this set works for big dudes and little dudes!

For today's project I found the perfect photos to go along with this adorable stamp set!! We have a local petting farm that is close to us and they have an old tractor where I got pics of my girls a few years back, so I decided to make a scrapbook layout using the Farm-tastic Stamps as embellishments! 

I used Copic Markers to colour up the images and here you can see I used the cute puppy from the image of the little boy fishing. I paired these cute images with the Crate Paper Magical Forest collection and used a sketch from the May SCT365 2020 Layout Online Class. I coloured the images up in colours that would coordinate both with the papers as well as the tractor in the photos.

There were some sweet little label stickers on the coordinating sticker sheet that worked great to add some of the cute sentiments from the Farm-tastic Stamp Set. I also used the NEW Radiant Rainbows Stencil with Krafty Kolours Inks, including the NEW Summer Sunshine Ink, to create another awesome embellishment that you can see peeking out from behind the tractor! I added some of the bright NEW Rainbow Bright Dots for a few last pops of colour!

Of course, today is also Challenge Day and as always, during release week the theme is Anything Goes!  So create a card, scrapbook page, altered item.....with a Kraftin' Kimmie Stamp!  Use any sketch, design, colour scheme you want!
