Today we've got an incredibly magical new stamp set for you! We've got a brilliant new collection of fantastic images from artist Sabrina van Vloten! It's called....BE A MERMAID! I mean...who DOESN'T wanna be a mermaid? This sweet new set features FIVE mermaid images (including an awesome mer-dude) plus some underwater friends, accessory stamps and some coordinating sentiments!

For today's project I'm using two of these adorable mermaids- seriously, I can't believe how many there are along with stingrays and dolphins 🐬 - to create an underwater scene. I decided to create a textured background using the NEW SHE SELLS SEASHELLS Stencil with Distress Grit Paste over top of a piece of cardstock that I first sponged with Sandy Shores, Totally Taupe & Lovely Lagoon Krafty Kolours Inks. After the Grit Paste dried I sponged over it with Sandy Shores on the bottom half and the NEW FRESH FIELDS Ink to highlight the raised areas.
I coloured in all these sweet images with Copics and added some white and stardust gel pen highlights. I used some Copper Pearl Opal Polish to add some shimmery sunrays to the water using our Summer Sunbeams Stencil.
I just love the little seashells included with this set! I added them to various areas of the card and added a fun sentiment from the set!
