When I spun the wheel I got RAINBOWS! How exciting!! So I grabbed all the rainbow supplies I could and made a summertime Memorydex card for my new MemoryDex! I coloured up this fabulous little fox from the Beach Blanket Bingo set with Copics in a rainbow of colours. I just love all his water accessories and I think I may even need to get one of these fun floaties!

I layered on rainbow papers and used the awesome Radient Rainbow Stencil with Krafty Kolours Inks to create a rainbow embellishment! I really love the layered look of these fun MemoryDex cards and I added in some Krafty Dots as well as Gold Sand Embossing Powder, a fish button and tiny fish sequins from our Add-On Bundles!

Each and every Saturday we post a brand new challenge for the week and you are welcome to enter as many times as you like.

These must be new creations and you are welcome to use any stamp, however, using Kraftin' Kimmie Stamp products will earn you double entries!

Wild Whisper Wild Child Layout with Cut Files!

 Hello friends! I'm back today with a bright summertime layout over on the Wild Whisper Blog! I had so much fun using the fabulous Lake Life Cut File Bundle and the pretty Lake Life Paper Pack! I love being able to use cutfiles to embellish my layouts and especially for titles. They were easy to upload and cut with my Cricut Maker. I also cut the circle elements on the left with a file from Design Space and inlaid the Lake Life paper, inspired by the Creative Scrapbooker Magazine June Sketch.

Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps June New Release Hop & Shop!

     Woohoo!!!

Today we are celebrating all the new fabulous goodies in our June Release that are NOW available in the

 Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Shop!

All four of our new stamp sets, plus two new stencils and a new hybrid ink colour were released yesterday along with our exclusive ADD-ON BUNDLE, 

and we're excited to share it ALL with you in a fabulous krafty HOP!

These new sets are all so amazing, it was hard to choose which one I wanted to use today! I decided on the gorgeous LOOKIN' SHARP Stamp Set and layered on some pretty papers along with a dry embossed panel using the New BOUNCING BUBBLES Stencil!

I heat embossed with white embossing powder on watercolour paper and used some of my Jane Davenport Mermaid Markers to create this pretty watercoloured scene!

I stamped one of the awesome sentiments with New OCEAN OPULENCE Ink and then added one of the adorable cactus buttons from the  ADD ON BUNDLE!

Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps June Krafty Peeks... Day FOUR! Lookin' Sharp! And a Challenge!

   Today is our final day of Krafty Peeks for the June Release

 at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

We are so excited to share a fantastic set

LOOKIN' SHARP!

This set of potted plants will have your projects looking green and serene! The sentiments are so wonderfully fabulous and sure to bring a smile to even the most prickly friend!!

I started out by taking some black and white floral paper and giving it a pop of colour by stenciling with Kraftin' Kimmie Krafty Kolour Inks, including the gorgeous New OCEAN OPULENCE and the New BUBBLES STENCIL. I layered on some coordinating succulent paper matted with green cardstock and used a punny sentiment from the set. The matching buttons included in the JUNE ADD-ON BUNDLE was so perfect as a pretty embellishment! 

I coloured in the images with Copics and used some white gel pen for highlighting. These plants are so awesome and I'm so excited for this set!! You could coordinate the pretty pots so many ways! I added a few Krafty Dots for a finishing pop of colour!

Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps June Krafty Peeks... Day THREE! Shiver Me Timbers!

   Today is our third day of Krafty Peeks for the June Release

 at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

Today we are 'peeking' a fabulous set 

from artist Sabrina van Vloten

 and it's called.....

SHIVER ME TIMBERS!

The notorious crew of Shiver Me Timbers and their fantastic ship are perfect for sending splendid birthday wishes, thank you's and more!

I started out by dry embossing a cardstock background with the RUGGED ROPE Stencil. Then I created a shaker pocket with some fun star patterned paper and added in the cute fishies from the ADD-ON BUNDLE. If you look closely, you'll see the pirate ship from the stamp set stamped in a light outline under the shaker pocket. I stamped with Versamark on Glossy Cardstock and then blended with Kraftin' Kimmie Inks,  including the New OCEAN OPULENCE Ink to create a ghosting resist technique!

I coloured up the adorable images with Copics and placed them on the card along with some of the fabulous Viking/Pirate Chipboard from the ADD-ON BUNDLE after embossing with the included Gold Sand Embossing Powder. I stamped a sentiment on the banner and added a few gems and some twine around the top. 

A bit of striped red paper gives a little more pirate flair as a banner, and I added in some white gel pen for highlights. Seriously, how cute are these awesome images!!

Wild Whisper Designs Gardening Travelers Notebook!

 Hello friends! I’m over on the Wild Whisper blog today with a new travelers notebook spread! With ‘mostly’ warm spring weather we’ve been busy planting some flowers, herbs and tomatoes, so I thought I should get busy finishing up photos from last year!! I used some of the the Play In The Dirt Garden Edition Ephemera and Stamps, some pretty coordinating Sequins and the Nicole Wright Designs Fanciful Blossoms Stencil!

Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps June Krafty Peeks... Day TWO! Valiant Vikings!

   Welcome back to Day TWO of our June Krafty Peeks!

Are you excited about what you've seen so far!?  Are you ready for more?

I hope your answer was yes because we've got more fabulous fun for you today!

The stamp set we are 'peeking' for you today is from 

artist Neda Sadreddin

 and it's called.....

VALIANT VIKINGS!

These adorable, yet fearless cuties are ready to help you create so many awesome projects! This adventurous duo and the hardy sentiments will give your cards, scrapbook pages and more a daring edge!!

I decided to create a slimline card with this awesome stamps, so I started out by using the RUGGED ROPE Stencil to add a cool nautical look to the front using Krafty Kolours Inks. I coloured the images up with Copic Markers, adding some 'texture' to the hair and furry collars.

 I diecut three circles from the card front and added some patterned paper on each end and the wonderful Viking ship to the middle. I love that there are clouds and a sunshine included in this set!! I used the fabulous ADD-ON BUNDLE Viking chipboard with the Gold Embossing Powder for some fun embellishments and even adhered a few of those tiny Fish Sparkletz! If you look closely, you can see the BUBBLE Stencil in the water along with the New OCEAN OPULENCE Ink. I stamped one of the punny, medieval sentiments below the boat!

I added the cute, but fearsome, girl to the right side of the card, tucking in the 'Morning Star' weapon (I looked up the name of that!) into her hand. I figured she still needed to be fashionable, so she's sporting a matching dress and hat! I added a few Krafty Dots to finish off my card!
